Fuel door hinge replacement, Volvo XC90, S60, S80, XC70, V70 XC, etc. - VOTD

Fuel door hinge replacement: 15 to 30 minutes ($15 / $115 / $185)
In this video I helped a friend replace the fuel door hinge on his 2007 XC90 which is a P2 chassis Volvo. I'm sure this process and part is the same for all of the P2 cars.
S60 From 2001 through 2009
V70 From 2001 through 2007
XC70 From 2001 through 2007
S80 From 1999 through 2006
XC90 From 2003 through 2014

Did this on my P80 with the aftermarket version from IPD. Total garbage. I had to use sheetmetal screws to get the plastic teeth to expand enough to hold the hinge assembly in place. It "worked" in the end. Thanks for the video man.
