सर, मी राहात असलेल्या सोसायटीचे बिल्डर कडून एक वर्षा पूर्वी हस्तांतरण झाले आहे. सोसायटी इमारती खालील असलेली स्टील पार्किंग ही बिल्डर यांनी स्वतःच्या नावे रजिस्टर केलेली आहेत. तसेच इमारत ही जी +७=८ माळ्याची असून एकूण ८० फ्लॅट आहेत आणि बिल्डींग खाली ३१ स्टील पार्किंग आहेत. बिल्डरने त्या स्टील पार्किंग अलाॅटमेंट लेटर वर विक्रीला कढली आहेत. मला पार्किंग घ्यायची असल्याने रजिस्टेशन करुन देणे बाबत बिल्डरला सांगितले असता ते अॅग्रीमेंट पेपर मध्ये कव्हर पार्किंग असा उल्लेख करणार असल्याचे सांगतात. तसेच सोसायटी हस्तांतरण करते वेळी बिल्डर यांनी त्यांच्या लेटर वर स्टील पार्किंग असा उल्लेख केलेला आहे. तरी, मी बिल्डर कडून पार्किंग घेते वेळी अॅग्रीमेंट पेपर मध्ये काय उल्लेख असायला हवा? जेणेकरुन भविष्यात मला सोसायटी कडून किंवा बिल्डर कडून काहीही हरकत रहाणार नाही किंवा अडचणी भासणार नाहीत. याबाबत आपल्या कडून योग्य ती माहिती मिळाली तर बरं होईल. धन्यवाद

सर, आमचे अपार्टमेंट १६ वर्षे जुने आहे, ज्याने अपार्टमेंट बांधले तो नागपुरे बिल्डर स्वतः आमच्या अपार्टमेंट मध्ये राहतो, आता तो त्याचा फ्लॅट विकत आहे, आमच्या अपार्टमेंट मध्ये 7 tenent आहेत, आणि कार पार्किंगच्या फक्त 3 जागा आहेत, त्यातील ही तो १ पार्किंग ची जागा तो त्याच्या फ्लॅट सोबत पार्किंग विकतो म्हणतो आहे, त्याने नुकतेच, त्या ठिकाणी लोखंडी ग्रिल ने ती जागा accupay केली, त्याला कोणत्या ॲक्ट नुसार अधिकार आहे, की तो खरेदी मध्ये पार्किंग alotment लिहून देतो म्हणतो आहे. कृपया मार्गदर्शन करावे.
आणि हो मला तुमचा ग्रुप जॉईन करायचा कृपया करायचा सांगावे.

फ्लॅटच्या प्रमाणात 100% पार्किंगच्या जागा उपलब्ध नसतात. अशा वेळी रोटेशन प्रमाणे पार्किंग वापरायचे आणि हे रोटेशन एका वर्षाचे ठरल्यास. ज्याला रोटेशन प्रमाणे पार्किंग खाली करून द्यावे लागेल त्याने मग आपले वाहन वर्षे -दोन वर्षे कुठे उभे करावे?
