In what way? Renaming the Gulf of Mexico? Deporting illegal workers that can't be replaced for the same low pay. Firing all the people that have been "mean" or "disloyal" to him? Putting tariffs on goods and materials from other countries that we can't produce as cheaply so everything we buy will cost a great deal more. 25% tariffs means those things will 25% more. If there isn't a domestic replacement, we pay for the tariff. If the tariff makes something cost more that something made in the US, the US manufacturer will raise their price to cost nearly as much, we again pay for the tariff.
