for 68 million this is rather a disappointing house. the master planning is shit. no walk-in closet juts two normal wardrobes like wtf? and no his and her sinks? eii jamani this is not well done. poor architecture
Later on, we learned that the reason where it has no his and hers set up is because it is meant for a his. In an indigenous kikuyu or Muslim background, the man doesn’t share a bedroom with the wife, he has his own personal space, the thingira, but he can go to the wife’s bedroom, thus the his and hers set up in her bedroom. You learn new things every day.
You have done a great job but this house is a disappointment for 68M. The uppermost floor is not well planned. I was expecting to be wowed by the master bedroom. The headboard is too high that it dulls the room. Access of the large balcony from the master bedroom was unnecessary...
As usual guys great job. However can suggest that you also tour houses that are in the 3 million to 10 million shillings bracket. A lot of the houses that you tour are not within the reach of most Kenyans. I think the cheapest house you guys have toured was the 6 million shillings studio (just a fancy bedsitter)
Good job as always I'm never disappointed by your presentations. I'd say the house is value for money because of its location coz I'm sure it would cost far much less in kitengela. I like that idea of 'mpango' hideout in the kitchen. That was my selling point 😊
This is a well-built house, and the developer was very generous with the amount of room space available. However, if I were to acquire this house, the first thing I would do is install a large sandblasted glass barrier at the Master bedroom terrace to provide seclusion while yet making the space feel open.
Hehe, easy to judge on the sidelines, ebu jenga uone, cost of land plus that of construction especially if you are using professionals is no joke. Plus financing is expensive in Kenya.
Love y’all videos! I like the way they make houses on the continent, it’s a bit different and very nice! Brothers and sisters over there are very talented with the designs!
Great showing @Mansa Plus, them awards will surely come, just give it your best shot, all the time as always. My question though is, "on what plot size in ft does each unit sit?
My opinion :Lavington(that part that has no flats) has the most beautifully designed and contemporary houses in Kenya. Makosa ni ati they are on small lots.
@@MansaPlusI saw a unit on another video I believe in the same compound but the ones in the corners with soo much outdoor space. Is there another place you might know with similar villas with so much outdoor space with the modern interior and exterior?
Hi Mansa. At some point, you said something about" mpango" in regards to this house. The other previous house you covered, you also had, " sex talk" in regards to the extra bed inside main bedroom.Your show is watched by people of all ages.I always watch your videos with my mom here in Washington USA.Was abit dissapointed with the talk. Please remain respectful
If i had a dollar for each time you said "it's not on your face" i would be able to afford this house😂😂
Leave alone that one a dollar each time he says tones of natural lighting😂😂

Nothing about this screams 68m..so underwhelming.Kenyan developers are just plain greedy
I thought I was the only one disappointed by the house. For 68 M, you could do a lot better

Thank you Edwin.
Great video. That house is not value for money though. Probably max rent you can charge is 2 - 300k. You'd need 25 years + to get your money back.
Going by the current rent prices for Lavington town houses, I would say 300k is on the lower side, maybe 400-450k.

😂😂😂 I knew someone would like it for that. But seriously, it can work 😂
The pillar is quite a disappointment. The sliding doors aesthetic should be unbroken
Really? There must be a pillar somewhere. It’s either you have it inside outside or on the wall… but there must be a pillar.
Hi, great show but with all those adjustments after parting with Ksh. 0.68B is very unbecoming 😅
Hehe, it’s 0.068B
How do you not want a froasted window in a washroom...your too naughty 🙄
68m is too much. Let's say you are buying the lavington name also😂
Hehe, Lavi is just Lavi 😅

However, if I were to acquire this house, the first thing I would do is install a large sandblasted glass barrier at the Master bedroom terrace to provide seclusion while yet making the space feel open.
That would actually work very well. I don’t know why many developers haven’t borrowed that idea. Thank you
@@MansaPlus We may never know. However, you may always give such ideas to developers through your videos; each day, is a learning process.
The house is worth ...it's so spacious with great lighting ,am in love♥️
It really is! Considering the location, it is a deal.
Home prices in 🇰🇪 are on steroids. No government regulations so charge as u please. 😂

This is not worth even 30 m.
For those who know the value of properties in Lavington, they know it’s worth. You obviously don’t.
For lavington that 68m is well worth the price...
@@piccellphotography2431 💯 sure thing!
My sentiments too..extremely underwhelming

Thank you Roderick. Always a pleasure to see you in the comments. In Kenya we say, asanti sana.
Why is the master bedroom not making sense to me....the junior one is okay but this one.
No.
The dressing table area gets no natural light
Great review ..... and yes, this house is value for that money.
Thank you Ken for your feedback 🙏🏾
the finishing of this house is a masterpiece, the cabinetries.....💯💯💯💯💯
to me I'll go with huge or rather big headboard
Fair enough 😅
Hello...I loved the video so muuuch...I have one request...please show us the additional parking space😅😅
Thank you, we did show it slightly. It’s at the far end of the property where there is a grey car parked.
nice house pray for me I buy it
Best of luck. Thank you.
Personally, For KES 68 million, I'd get a better house
Definitely not in Lavington, but in other places yeah.
Honestly, one car parking space is just a turn off. The price is not worth it.
One??? Nah! You clearly didn’t pay attention.
@@MansaPlus Broo, I literally had to go back like twice. I dont think that space could fit two..
@@hesbornacewallace4278 we had parked two cars there before we started our shoot.
Is the house also coming with the bird’s sounds? The chirping of those birds is so lovely 😅
You know it does. You know these neighborhoods better than us. Place is perfect.
Kenya Real Estate development can be improved or even be better. Trust me it is not ideal to use Cabro as driveways. I prefer asphalt/concrete.
Would love to tour a project with that.

Thank you Oscar. The houses sit on an 1/8 acre.

That’s for sure. The finishes are also good. Some of the best in the market. Land is very pricey here.
Is there a 5 bedroom one in the compound??
@@s.barasa in other places, we have a 5bedroom unit in Lavington going Ksh.95M if interested, call Ray on 0719186889

Now that is my style of house. Magnificently beautiful and well finished.
Glad you like it!
Hiyo low headboard ni mzuri na watu wa mastyle🤣
That’s what’s up 😂 if you know you know.
Iam not fun of junior balcony find it waste of space better normal balcony for me
Would probably eat too much space in the house
Beautiful house I like the way black contrasts with white in this house it's just lovely😅
It’s simple and well executed
Exterior first impression, matope stains😮 every where on white paint.
Lol, blame that on us. We filmed when they had just finished working on the gardens.
It's really beautiful😊
Thank you Patience.

Nice expensive. But Nairobi glass doors and windows is it safe. Robberies and theft how secure is that house
This area is very safe.
