You know it's a shame, we callmakers were brought in on the backs of fellows like this, yet they barely receive a nod. Only 15 comments; yet they're the old timers which built the industry. Sad. These fellows made it happen, carving out an industry and cutting their way through the thick by hand. My hats go off to you sirs, it really does....Art you are the true American grit...thanks for the video. So thankful for this video. Art and the gang deserved this. 😊😊
For a 77 year old man, my dad gets up everyday and goes to a job he loves of 55 years. You can't say that for most people. I am so proud of you and the great job you did on this video.
Truly amazing story! Faulk's was the very 1st call that I was given of my own when I was a kid by my dad. Still have that call today. You can see the passion he has for the craft. God Bless Faulk's Game Calls!
The calls I started with and loved, especially the black label guide cane call. I have moved on to another call maker for my working calls, but would not hesitate to pick up one of my old Faulk cane calls and use it on any given morning. I still collect Faulk's as a major portion of my call collection.
It’s funny how we have so many great duck call makers from this state that are national brands. Mr dales bayou beast if your lucky enough to get one, Faulk, of course duck commander and haydels calls. I’m sure I’m brain farting on some.
Some young fellas& gals really need to go get in his hip pocket to carry this tradition & business on without changing any of the process.Faulk calls are some of the best I've ever hunted with
The cane call with the metal banding is the best sounding and most versatile duck call on the market, period. I will rotate their black label call and some of their wooden calls depending on the situation, but I never take that cane call off my lanyard. 90 something year old design and it's still the best.
Still have my dad's Faulk's calls; 40+ years old. Still sound the best!!!! Such a awesome video, Thank you for posting this!!!!!
The "Stradivarius" of duck calls. True museum pieces.
My first call was a Faulks, bought it in 1983, still have it today.

You are 💯 percent correct Chris
@@d-rayphelps1630 yeah it’s really sad. Don’t get as much as a nod. 🫤

Great video and great calls
Glad you enjoyed it
Faulks stock should go up after the release of this video. As a duck hunter I love the old fashion way of hunting and making calls.
Love watching that. Thanks y’all
The cane duck calls sound exactly like a hen Mallard.
Great video and great calls.
