You're so very welcome. I usually start my perennial flower seeds using the winter sowing method. Most (but not all) perennial seeds need a cold, moist stratification period. I saved these seed heads a couple of years ago and didn't know how to identify the seed and go about growing them. :) My neighbour has admired my flowers, I only have a small pot of them, and I'd love to grow some for her. Finding the seed now and will give it go in spring, here in New Zealand.

Thanks for the video. I have balloon flower plants and didn't even think about trying to save the seeds on them. I will try to get them today. If it frosts can you still save seeds on plants?
