The biggest problem with land in India is litigation risk. Anyone can come and put up a fictitious claim on your land and you are dealing with "real india" for 5-10 years. Courts encourage all kinds of cases for years. I have a plot that i bought from a legitimate owner with all perfect documents. Now some guy has put up a case saying the society was supposed to allot this plot to me 15 years ago and it allotted to someone else. Imagine all documents perfect, legal opinions clear and someone saying i should have been allotted this site 15 yrs ago. Now being the present owner i have deal with this because i have the most to lose

Deterrence. Make success your deterrence-no one can touch you then. Talent is common, hard work is everywhere, but perseverance is what builds unshakable greatness.

The lady here talked about 30 yrs in which land grew at 21% CAGR but even many stocks grew as much inn30 yrs. Also, many lands would not have grown that much like many sticjs would not have. So technically, no one knows but in market at least we have liquidity to move to A different asset in case of any need or issue which doesn’t happen in land. Also, taxation is big parameter to consider. Also, the land from
Now would not give 21% CAGR. NO WAY. WE ARE ALREADY COSTLIER THAN MOST COUNTRIES DUE TI HUGE BLACK MONEY AND SHADY DEALS IN REAL ESTATE SECTOR 😢😮

Are you serious 8-9% on Airbnb is nothing if done correctly. My friend does Airbnb here in US and has 6 properties 2 lake and one oceanfront and 3 near ski resorts. Even at 30% occupancy in winters he would pay off his mortgage and pay his cleaning crew and handyman and make 4-6K per house. Plus he receives tax credits which he offsets his wife's W2 with.
If you get the location and cleaning staff right AirBnb is a goldmine
