- Actress Juliette Binoche talks to Matt Stadlen about preparing for roles, the downsides to being a film star, the similarities between painting and acting and why being thought of as an intellectual makes her laugh. From BBC News.
She is probably the most beautiful French actress I have ever seen.

I love Juliette Binoche's films, and I can tell you that she's pretty underrated, in my opinion.
She presents no illusion or pretense. She never reached to appear profound. I’d guess that she’s aware of everything that people project onto her and shakes her head, in the way that anyone doing their job and what they love would feel when strangers wrap more around it than you do. She always seems to be in the moment looking forward with curious eyes without a lot of nostalgia or preconception. Gah. She’s so ordinary yet effortlessly ethereal.
She is so real and beautiful.

Juliette Binoche is the most perfect human being on earth. A great talent and a wonderful person.
Five minutes with Juliette Binoche is all I need
She have so beautiful accent...nothing frenchy at all, impressive :)
"frenchy"? Is that a bad thing?
Juliette is a beautyful and wonderfull woman... she is exceptionally nice... She is an excellent actress... CONGRATULATIONS...
Juliette es Bellísima...
She speaks perfect English with very little French accent. Like Eva Green, she could pass herself off as British or American with the right speech pattern.
Matt P. Exactly. She speaks almost like a native English speaker.
She is absolutely brilliant and adorable beyond words…🥂
A breath of fresh air
and with a laugh as infectuous as one can only dream of
Touché‼️
Magical…

Such a lovely soul..She has got to be amazing in person.I would love to have a role opposite her,and maybe an entire meal.lol..She is far under rated. If my life worked out different,I would of fought to work with her.She lights up any film.In "The English Patient",she was absolutely perfection. That was first time I really knew of her and that was all it took. What a lovely.
She is so beautiful and so great.
You can see she acts the age that she is but looks 20 years younger than it.
Such a charming woman. Lovely.
A wonderful encouragement. If networking was empowered by this type of positivity we would have far less employment through the failings of others.
God bless
shes so beautiful
I just love this beautiful and talented lady.
She makes me think of the flowers in spring, the colours the scent.
Didn't know her father was a sculptor.
Happy birthday juliette from italian boy live in rome
Just as sweet and natural as in her first role in "The Unbearable Lightness of Being", only now she is mature. She is my very favorite. Not easy nowadays to find a biological/not inverted woman among actresses, but she has female clavicles for one...so there. No pretense. So refreshing!
so pretty
She was amazing as Camille Claudel
That was Isabelle Adjani
@@nikyn.2136 She also played Camille Claudel, years after Isabelle Adjani, in a Bruno Dumont film if I'm not mistaken.
@@nikyn.2136 Juliette played Camille in the movie titled "Camille Claudel 1915" which came out in 2013.
She declined both Jurassic Park and Schindler’s List to do Three Colors: Blue, she should’ve been nominated for that role.
Creo q fue por su embarazo.
Amazing, PERFECT English accent...
Er, she has a French accent mate.
@@philbecker4676 anyway, I LOVE IT :-)
Great actress !!!!!!
je t’aime beaucoup Juliette
tu es spéciale
Her mother was a drama teacher, and her father was a sculptor. It was only natural for her to be in a creative arena-acting. I wonder if my career path would’ve taken a different direction if my parents were as creative as theirs.
Your parents were prison inmates??
@@bogan-slayer7469 sorry?
She's in her late 40s here - she's got the complexion of a woman in her 20s.
No sun, no fake tan, and healthy living.
She's just...amazing...
So pretty..real. Lovely natural girl.
sooo beautiful!!! she has got a lovely face.
She reminds me a lot of Audrey Hepburn,
Venezuela

Her hair is a complete mess, isn't it?
What a weird woman. Shame she's a bit hostile.
You are misogynist can't stand an independent woman huh?
huh? mysogyinist? what makes you think that? as a woman I find her attitude hostile and uncomfortable.
@paul w Not at all. I see people as equal. it Matters not to me that she is a woman or a man. I would have said the same about a man if he had come over as hostile as this. I merely remarked on the frosty nature of the interview. You assumed I meant the interviewee only. I actually love Juliette Binoche
She was irritated by the shallow and formulaic questions.
Hostile ?
