I got mind last week with magnetic jade, I am sastisfied with smoothness/sound of magentic jade switch (along with my new keycaps, Nuphy Meow Xmas KDA, it just felt incredible typing on it) and can see significantly fast typing experience and response; anyways, I am not a big fan of PC gaming, but excited to expericence rapid trigger as I may try PC gaming soon. I love design though a bit unsastified wtih pastic boby compare to a more premium body of my both Air75 V2 and Halo 75 V1. However, I love the volume control knob and aluminum handle bar.
@@seilaIFL I agree those boards feel really good! So you’re having the same experience as me switching from the Halo V2 over to this. I like the tactile feel of the knobs as well. Those are really well designed. I was shocked to see two poles on the magnetic switches. My review was getting long so I decided to mention it on the next review, but the poles on the bottom of the switch was interesting to me when looking at all other magnetic switches without them. Very interesting design for me! But the board feels good!
Really love that thing, but damn it's loud 😂 I can't understand why the mode switch and colour are up there and also do you like the macro keys in front of space? That looks not great. But I want one for sure, even if it doesn't have that purist filco vibe.
Can see you still have the Rapoo mouse in use after couple years. Any long term use commentary? It would be nice for a video, because 2 years of durability on a Chinese mouse is quite decent feat.

I really like the interface, I feel like some companies don’t focus enough on the User Experience specifically if the user is new to a Rapid Trigger keyboard. They paid attention to that and often times(at least what I’m seeing now lol) have definitions on what the setting is and what it does! Some don’t do that at all so that’s exciting for folks new to magnetic keyboards!
They sent me the link for the software, I've been testing it for two days and I love the User Interface, more to come for sure in my next vid on this!!

@CoZChristopher yeah it would! Wooting is the first in this space, so they have an advantage over other brands just because of firmware and software maturity. Plus their service and communication with the community is just top notch. But these other brands aren't far behind. Are you picking up the 80he? I have one on pre-order, looking forward to it.
Hahaha I know!!! They have a style and feel they bring to all their boards that works well. Can't wait to test this thoroughly and jump into their software. I like web based software, I always get nervous with the drivers for keyboards, especially when I do the budget reviews because it's raw files loaded to my setup and not through launchers usually!
I really like the GEM80 too! This one follows their original Field Aesthetic! But one thing for sure with them, this wont be their only HE. I bet they release some of their other popular ones in an HE format as well!!

I'm more of a minimal keyboard guy but this is pretty well done design-wise. Not sure how I feel about the bar on the side, though.

Not a huge fan of the aesthetics, but seems like a solid keyboard. Wooting has quite a bit of competition now in the HE space, but they are still king
