it prob wont, but i hope the suggestion from the person at 12:45 gets implemented, would be pretty cool. lotta the community seems so against nerfing loops, i feel like many dont know the struggle of goin against a good team as killer and just want easy survivor rounds
Agreed. Went against a lvl 1k survivor team and barely won on shifty (which I hate being killer on bc well, no one likes getting infinited). Only problem I'd see with making loop walls higher for more mindgame potential is that loopers wouldn't really be loopers if they got easily mindgamed within 10 secs of a chase (this wont be much of an issue if transitioning is easy like cliffmack or if loops are extremely safe/long). They'd just have their 8/8 stats with okay/bad repair just for show. But I will say mindgaming in chase definitely feels really weak and unusable (for me) as you have vision of the killer 99% of the time in chase except in maps like wastewater, haverhill, and sometimes shifty.
being able to mind game a survivor in 10 secs rewards the killer for their skill, and if a survivor is patient it will be more difficult to get good mind games on them, rewarding the survivor for their skill. rn it feels like a good killer still can struggle against a lesser experienced survivor
people who downvoted the suggestion at 12:50 = mamo and nathan mains who loved infinite looping the main area of shifty and cried when it got nerfed also this is literally the best killer guide out there, cheers
Nathan player here! I don't actually main him, i main Yan and Android, and holy damn do i feel sorry for the killer when i actually cook with my loops-
Thanks for this! I am a level 42 player and often get bullied as killer verbally and in game lol. So these tips certainly will help I would also appreciate a survivor looping guide if you have time!
Another small tip I would like to give to the comment section, is that if you're in a place with a lot of loops nearby and the killer kicked your gen, don't immediatly tap it to save it from dying, instead wait for your vaults to be up at your current loop and THEN tap the gen, this will most likely make the killer kick it stunning them brielfy, during this time you can transition to a safer loop ;D
I don't rlly recommend this. Til you looped for a while.Your gen will most likely be destroyed. And also that if you don't controll your stamina and switching loop plans.Doing that will be kinda risky.(just loop normally if you are genrusher) So I recommend just tap the gen if you can.Which saves the gen, and if the killer kicks it,you distract the killer for longer
Here's some more tips for some players, Survivors will have a certain playstyle against a killer while looper. There are two types: The Waiter: They'll wait until the killer is in close proximity to vault in order to avoid mindgames. The Panicked: They'll vault immediately without considering whenever the killer will trick them or not. Mostly done by newer players. With these types in mind, you'll be able to adjust to their playstyles according. Just like nowords said, a tactic that would help is conditioning. Lower the survivor's guard by being aggressive and then catch them with a mindgame before they expect it.
For me it is getting looped and when people get cocky with the taunting after winning a game (Don't mind my PFP please I'm too lazy to change it right now)
Kinda true, I wonder whether there's any newer players who play this. Every time I play Daybreak as a newbie I have to go against high level players like 500+. The lowest after me could be 100+. I get bullied so bad and everyone practically crowds me. @@jockstuUwU
before i finish this video, YES we'd love a survivor looping guide. i already learn a lot from watching you play, so i cant imagine how helpful an actual guide would be. also i js started watching you today but i love your content and the music selection is just amazing.
Tip for Slasher newbies (or even veterans that don't know this trick) Most of you guys probably know to refire your knives from corners and walls but I have a trick that really helped me that kinda used this technique. I was dealing with an infinite looping Gabrielle in purgeton and we were at the loop with lockers nearby. When she was looping and behind the lockers, I charged up my knives in the next direction she'd go through and finally killed her. I think this will help dealing with those annoying loopers.
To counter survivors that go invisible you just need to detect, like eman: Take proximity, stay really close when u have sure the hit will hit u detect than hit, u will still see her for the 5s. Also amari is just to stay aware of his chase timer so u detect before he vaults.
Great video, really helps to understand what to do in sticky killer situations, also helped me to beat infinite loopers quit a few times . PS: I'm the Sera in the banshee clip that you got off guarded on the rooftop gen(AYYCOOL)💀edit: 12:44 - 12:50
The Game almost can't be considered a 1v8 Horror Killer game anymore, it's at that point "Free Survivor Wins" Game cuz the maps are so survivor coded I haven't been bothered to play as killer at all when it's specific maps i KNOW are filled with inf loops, it's so stupid & unfair This game should encourage you to play both sides but at this point, I've only been a survivor main cuz playing as a killer sucks when you have to learn so much than you need to
8:49 I also get hit by this a lot by ghosts, idols, and principal users. Someone in the server explained it to me as if it was easy and said you need to click at the same time as your vault. I tried this as idol but it doesn't work so I think you just click right before and make sure you don't hit the wall/vault when vaulting or something that's my guess but I can never get it to work so take it with a grain of air.
From what i am guessing is that when you lunge, and then your lunge gets cancelled or ended as/shortly after you vaulted, will make the game think you are still attacking even when you vaulted and thus, causing this game bug that I've fell victim to too many times
Gen locking is when the last gens the survivors have to complete are all close to eachother, allowing the killer to patrol them more easily and making it harder for survivors to complete them. Any killer can do that, but some are supposed to genlock and have abilities that help with that, like Voidskulk. Sorry if this was late
Usually I'm like the dumb person to vault while not thinking if the killer is gonna mind game or not. But, I'm also the patient person to wait for the killer to get close so I can vault. As it gives me time to regenerate stamina. But, if I do tend to mess up while the killer is mind gaming.. I usually activate nathan's perk if I vaulted while the killer is coming to me on the side I'm on. So I wouldn't mess up. But, as killer(Slasher most likely), I tend to vault if it's like a safe vault for survivors to regain stam and stuff. And if it's a small-midish vault, I'd hug the fence or wall(As you said in the vid) to close survivors in so they can just use up their stam. And if they transition to another vault with no hesitation and vault, I prepare my knife throw early and get em. But anyways, these tips are good. So thank you, nowords
Might want to add this but if you're knowledgable about a certain loop, take advantage of it and use all the tactics you know that was used against you.
i'm a level 3k and i learned a lot from this video! there are still a lot that i don't know and this video helped me learn (new) things. i hope to see you in a server (tho i feel we might have played before already lol)
until the stamina and big map nerfs ive always had killer off cus it was just annoying and unfun how id get looped on the same spot with legit 0 way to counter it
I take it back, this does require some skill bc I did the same thing today and focusing on their intentions really does help take down invisible players.
ngl I won against a team with crazy looper once. I used unforgotten. I looped with that good looper then tp to kill. Then looped again with looper without allowing him to exit. That's how I got my second win 😅 I left that server after that. They seemed angry at the loss round. I guess they are group of friends playing in that server.
Earlier today I think I was playing with you, I was z8mbiiz and I had a miku avatar on with a cinnamon roll hat If it wasn’t you and if it was a fake then sorry for bothering
i totally agree that more red stain mindgame loops should be a thing. will experienced players knowing where the killer may go and how to swishy transition to another loop can get extremely annoying. thereve been so many times where i’ve been survivors not even play the game and just toy with the killer by infinite looping. they really need to nerf some of them to lessen those possibilities and force people to actually play the game 🥲
it prob wont, but i hope the suggestion from the person at 12:45 gets implemented, would be pretty cool. lotta the community seems so against nerfing loops, i feel like many dont know the struggle of goin against a good team as killer and just want easy survivor rounds
seriously though. survivors who are 1000+ are practically impossible to get most of the time unless you genlock or somehow catch them off guard.
Agreed. Went against a lvl 1k survivor team and barely won on shifty (which I hate being killer on bc well, no one likes getting infinited). What's gen locking & is it with a specific killer or all killers can do that? Or does the game automatically do it if you're looping for so long?

Good Guide.
7:04 I've seen so many high level killers vault like that when it wasn't even a mind game 😭 (it gives me an advantage)
Is it me or is it that every time I'm the killer the survivors look like they just have infinite stamina even after running for a long time. 😔
they prob just are a looper or know how to conserve stamina
jeez these survivors go: full ninja parkour potential unleased super sonic speed on me lol
