A lot if ppl dislike Kagamine English but all the effort that went into it. Their voice actor doesn't speak a word of English and has to do a high female voice and lower her normal voice for a male sounding voice. So not only is she doing this in a foreign language but twice for the two voices. So in my opinion, kagamine English is pretty good.
