On January 4, 2013, guitarist Rob Caggiano announced his departure from Anthrax, with whom he had played for the better part of the last 11 years. This video is a look back at his time with Anthrax.
AAAAWWWW.... yes he is SO cute with that mohawk. ...How old is he there??? probably just over 20- something. I'd guess. So CUTE! I agree with you Ray, so young and inocent ,he seems there...Like a kid as you say ; )
Rob, I remember meeting you just over ten years ago when you guys supported Motorhead in 2002 at the Manchester apollo, You were such a cool dude. Highlet of the night was the massive pissed-up fellow shouting "HEY, CAN I SIGN YOUR BELLY?!" to you. haha
I just CAN'T deny ....that I'm EXTREMELY happy that Rob came over to VOLBEAT!!! Rob is fab!!!! Nomatter what! And I totally get, that he needed some "change"....Volbeat isn't all that it can be, without Rob. He was the ONE missing piece to complete the group... Now It is Perferct, (Volbeat.)... in my eyes and ears, atleast... ROB IS RAD!!!!
He starts wearing a beany every single day of the year and finally get recognised...... lol. At least he contributed amazingly in Volbeat, it's fits him better. Anthrax never got me hooked, they are way too overrated.
Me neither , until he got with VOLBEAT, Aeon Fluxer. I agree TOTALLY with you. And he seems SO,SO much more happier, now that he is with Volbeat.....don't you think?
This is kind of late but I'm kind of conflicted on this. Volbeat is like the secret band I listen to as I mainly listen to thrash bands. On one hand, Rob fills in on what that band was missing, which are impressive leads and licks. On the other hand, I'm sad that he's not with Anthrax and he's now playing for a Social Distortion/Johnny Cash/Elvis/Metallica hybrid band.
Rob, Thank you for all that you did for Anthrax. I enjoyed your music and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
VOLBEAT with Caggiano Reigns!!!
You bet!!!
Had the pleasure of meeting this guy after a show. What a fucking legend he was. :)
Damn. He's not dead. JESUS people
lusterjoker Did didnt say he was dead. Was just saying that he was a great guy that day.
Crazy seeing Rob with a Mohawk - looks like a kid in these videos, I barely recognized him!

I'm sorry but I hate John Bush
Then listen to something else. I'd suggest Myles Kennedy for you then.
