Interesting video, and the first I have seen for the Itiwit kayak. Having now owned 3 of these, (the early ones leaked like a seive, but decathlon have a good returns policy) The current models are much better. I have found the easiest way to wash is to inflate the whole thing, lean it against a wall or pergola (vertically with the drain plug out) blast it with a hose and leave to dry on a sunny day. No need to be too precious if you are using it regularly they are pretty tough. The only time I strip the floor out is when I pack it away for winter, or if it has had a lot of sand/gravel inside, then it gets a thorough wash and dry . A point of caution though - if you are beaching on a sandy or gritty shore rinse the skegs thoroughly with water since grit can jam them in their grooves, and the can be a bitch to remove in these circumstances. I have been using a very small amount of silicone grease on the sliding surfaces then wiping off the excess. Makes a big difference. Happy kayaking😎
Hey, thanks for the input. Those are some pretty useful tips. Yeah I need to try some faster and easier way to clean it than stripping the whole thing apart. Although I really need to hose it down thoroughly as I paddle on the sea and salt can be a real pain... :)

thanks for the review! i was debating on everything but other ppl just showed product pictures and not actual use, its great to see it in use and talked about the experience.
Bought one of these after watching your video so hope you get some commission Lol. Took it out for the first time today and I am very impressed! The winds were pretty bad today but this kayak was pretty sturdy. Just want to say thanks for the informative review :)
Yeah it would be nice to get a commission but my channel is not big enough yet to qualify as an affiliate. Some day, haha. I'm happy the video helped you make this choice. Enjoy!
Good review, just a couple of points if you don't mind me saying! The carry bag is useless. Buy a Sevylor Quikpak, it is really comfortable and easily fits in the itiwit 2 and 3. I'm 6ft 3, 16 stone and to get more comfortable in the seat, shorten the adjustable seat straps and then push the seat back as far as it can go, this will make it a lot more comfortable and give tension on the back rest. Get yourself a throw rope for safety, wear your life jackets!!! And last thing, your dry bag with all your valuables in, unclip the main strap and feed it through the carry handle so if you tip it, you won't lose your valuables. We have the 3 seater version and use it on the open sea up to a couple of miles out, great bit of kit. Again, great video but just saying my pointers for when we use ours. Happy paddling.
Great review, picked one up for myself and the girlfriend to enjoy on Loch Lomond at the weekend would also be great for fishing in remote areas very portable and rapid assembly
Hello guys, I'm Portuguese and I live in the Algarve in a beautiful place surrounded by the sea and with sunshine 365 of the year..😍❤ I'm going to buy this kayak soon but what I'm going to buy is the orange with 3 seats, this place reminds me of where I live :) Good walks 😊 (Don't forget to buy a vest)
Would strongly recommend. I was a beginner yet found it easy to use, robust, have done sea and river paddles. It gives you great freedom to reach the parts you can’t on foot.
I got the itiwit 3 person version of this similar kayak from decathlon in Manila, Philippines (they just opened recently). all I can say is, it's easy to inflate, easy to use and easy to carry, BUT, it's a B_TCH to dry up after use. I had to dry it up going home in the garage. yup, dry it up inside and out, removing the internal bladders (similar to an air bed) to dry up the nooks and crannies. unzipping the whole starboard (right), port (left), flooring and even the seats to get the bladder inside to make sure it's dry before storing. I paddled for 2-3 hours in a lake but had to dry the kayak for 3 days. worth it? it's up to the consumer to answer that. too bad I didn't take a video of it though. nice to see you enjoyed yours :)
Hey, thanks for the comment. To be honest I'm not disassembling completely everything to dry the kayak. I'm not taking out the inflatable bladders from the inside for starters. I usually just unhook the floor and take it out so the entire inside of the frame is exposed to sun and air. That's it. So far I haven't noticed there is any water left after drying it that way. But perhaps the 3 person version has a different construction? If not, I wouldn't go through the trouble of taking out the inflatable parts, they don't get wet anyway because they're made of PVC.
It is actually faster ( not ... easier tho..) to rinse and dry the whole thing by hand, and also better for your equipment. If you have a hose and a towel by hand when you get out of sea I would do it while the kayak still inflated.
Yeah, that's a good point as well. If you have the energy and will after all that paddling though :) Definitely, drying it with a paper towel before deflating and packing is a perfect solution.
Not sure if this question is to me, but if so, then yes, the one on the video is my private kayak. Definitely recommending that, enjoy it when you buy it.

Thanks for the great review! Im looking at getting this kayak, and was wondering how it is set up for just one person? Is it easy to use alone as well? Thank you!
Hey, you're very welcome! In my opinion it takes just one person to take care of everything for this kayak, the second person is there just for the ride :) When it's packed, it's quite heavy so I wouldn't recommend it for long hikes, plus the straps are quite thin and uncomfortable. Setting up the kayak is also rather a one-man job, as there is nothing that requires two pairs of hands to get it ready. I'm 100% sure one person is enough to operate and set up everything.
Inflatables seem like a great idea until... it’s time to get in and out, drying it out, and paddling in wind. I struggled with one for 18 months and finally pulled the trigger on a hard shell. Maybe on a placid pond but not out here in the southwest where wind is always an issue.
I agree 100%, even though they are advertised as hassle free. Although it's a great solution for those without a car and a trailer to carry the hard shell, or those who actually don't live near a lake or a sea. Portability is a key aspect of inflatables in my opinion. Also a good starting point in kayaking, you can try and see if you really enjoy it, and when you decide it's your thing, you will do whatever it takes to become an owner of a hard shell :)
The biggest problem for me is the park in witch the river I like is dose not allow plastic ones any more since they wher destroying the flora on the river bottom. The inflatable ones do no damage and I talked to some people who work in the park and they told me that only the real cheep ones are destroyed by the river. So this to me looks just perfect, I would buy this one, remove one seat and just go down the river alone in peace with some good music. P.S. the river is Mrežnica in Croatia.
I have one exactly like this one and with my friends we go in a open sea (Mediterranean sea) and we put lot of camping stuff like tend heavy fridge bags... well they so cool.....i advice this...of course you have to paddle
@Joshua Weinman I haven't tested it to its limits (until it drowns :D) but with my weight of 95 kg and my wife of 70 kg plus some equipment probably around 5 kg that totals 170 and it was completely fine. Specification says 150 kg is the limit, but I feel like it could take up to 200 kg. But don't take it as an official recommendation, it's just my personal opinion as a user.
Hey, you're welcome! Unfortunately can't answer your question because I sold it a while ago when I moved out of Malta and no longer have kayaking possibilities.
Siema. Podpinam się. Super angielski. Jedno pytanie a propos kajaka: czy wygodnie będzie się go użytkować jednej osobie, bo tylko czasami będziemy pływać razem?
True, awesome place. Although Malta in the 90s must have been a lot prettier than now. Western Europe stepped in hard in some locations. Still beautiful though.
Nice to watch and very informative vid. Thanks! just going to order a single one from liverpool with thanks been looking at them for a while now but you sold it to me
Very nice review! I've been looking for a boat for a while now to go around the Biesbosch nature reserve here in the Netherlands. This is one of the videos that convinced me a kayak is actually a better way to go. :) Gonna buy it next season, looking forward to floating around in nature, haha. Happy Paddling, Alive Road!
Nice review. My question is: Does the kayak have any bad odor like from chemical or plastic smell? Thanks. Also, does water get inside the boat when you are using it.
I didn't notice any particular strong odor. Of course the first time you take it out of the box it has that new plastic smell but after a couple of uses it goes away. Even if you store it just in its pack, not in any additional container - you shouldn't smell anything in the room. As for the water - only if you splash some from above, otherwise no, it's pretty watertight.
Congrats, excellent review! I'm considering buying the exact same kayak, as I live near the beach but I don't want to mount & unmount it every day... Do you think I could keep it inflated in my terrace for a few weeks or the sun will damage the materials... ? I live in Spain, so it gets quite hot in the summer, but the climate is not extreme. I would really appreciate your answer, thanks!
Hey, I don't want to give you any false information, so I would suggest asking this question directly to Decathlon support. I know that the product description doesn't suggest keeping it inflated especially when exposed to sun, but maybe for shorter periods it would be ok. I always deflated mine after use, so can't speak from my own experience in this situation. Thanks for the positive feedback!
You should not keep it fully inflated in the sun. Deflate a little bit and make some shade. It will last much longer. Especially if its glued instead of molded (which I do not know).
ho comprato,questo modello 2 anni fa,ho navigato di lago e di fiume e mi è piaciuto all'istante.Molto pratico e funzionale..Gli do 5***** su 5.👍👍👍🤗🤗 Beatyfull prodotto
Very good and effective video !! Im thinking of buying a Decathlon kayak for 2 person however i can not decide if to buy the one you are presenting here which is suitable fo 1-2 person or the bigger one that suitable for 2-3 people. im asking this regarding enough space for 2 person in your kayak and on the other hand, is the bigger on will be well easy to operate like the one you have because its longer wider and havyier..
Hey, thanks for the feedback. I think the important part is how tall are the people who will be using the kayak, especially from the waist down as you need enough room for your legs. In my case, I'm 185cm and my gf is around 170cm and the length of the kayak was just about right to pull my chair all the way to the back, and hers all the way to the front so we can both stretch our legs. If you're taller you may have some issues with space for your legs and maybe it's a good idea to consider the triple one. Another thing is the environment you will be using it in. If it's calm waters then I wouldn't worry about the size, but when you need to maneuver in some tight spots then additional length might become a problem. Many variables :)
Hey Gary, how have you decided? I struggle with the same problem here. Itiwit 2 or 3 for 2 people? Also, the 3 might be harder if even possible to operate by a single person.
Hi Viktor, still stuck in the dilema but it looks that I'll go with the 1-2 person itiwit kayak from several reasons: my partner and I are not so tall so there will be enough room for our legs, The kayak is wide enough for stability, better performance at wavy sea and easyer maneuvering, less weight when carrying it ..Hope I've decided well..
Thanks for the tip. Yes, two people can definitely fit in comfortably. I'm around 185cm high, my girlfriend is around 170cm and it was more than ok for a few hours straight.
Thank you for your answer. Great. One more question: The description says that it can take maximum 150kg. I find this number quite small. It doesn't seem like that it would be able to withstand me (78kg) and my friend(85kg). Is that "maximum 150kg" a valid number or can I go over that safely?
I'd say yes. At the time of recording this video I was around 95-100 and my girlfriend around 60 so we were at least 5-10 kg over the described limit and I didn't feel like extra 10 or more kg would make any difference here. So I think with the collective weight of 160-165 you should have no problems.
If you're alone in this 2-seater then I guess it's not a problem for the bag to take up one of the seats instead of the second person. Just need to be the right shape, so you can squeeze it inside.
Hi, thanks a lot! Unfortunately I haven't used any electric pump for this kayak, the manual one did a pretty good job and didn't take too long. So I'd rather not recommend something I haven't used myself.
Nice review. But they say this kind of itwit kayaks get very, very, heavy after soaked. Is this true? I´m really considering buying one but thinking on carrying a heavy kayak after a day paddling do not atract my attention. Cheers and happy new year.
Hey, thanks for the kind word. I have to say that I didn't notice much weight change after paddling for a couple of hours. Also I believe this is the kind of material that doesn't soak up too much water. Maybe after it's really worn out? I always took good care of mine so when I ported it between two spots on foot, it didn't seem much heavier.
Somebody gave me a ITIWIT for 1 person ,but the zip at one side is spoiled and can't close anymore , is it replacable and how much should that cost ????
are the paddles included to the purchase? you mentioned that pump was not included you purchased it separately what about paddles? and if they are included, for 2 people kayak you got 2 pair of them or? Thank you
Neither the pump nor the paddles or the life vests were included. The price on decathlon is just for the kayak, you have to buy everything else separately.
Hi mate, might be a late comment but how does it follow straight line? I owned one with single skeg and it went circle when not paddling. Checked the chambers with pressure gauge and the problem persists. I see this one has 3 skegs and they must help? Thanks.
Hey. I must say I never had that problem. When I was paddling in bursts (very fast paddling for a minute, then let it slide) it never went off the track, so I assume the three skegs are doing their job in that case.
Great video! One question though: I can tell that over the PVC or whatever material that is there is a fabric. Is this fabric removable? In case of a hole can you repair the kayak by sticking a piece of PVC on top? Because if the fabric is not removable then I dont think you can repair it in any way... Thanks!
Hey, thanks I'm glad you liked it. I assume you're talking about the sides of the kayak? I showed towards the end of the video how you remove the floor, but the sides are removable as well. There is a zip along each side so you can actually get the inflatable part out. So if you just pierce the outer fabric but don't pierce the inflatable inner part you're still good to go, and if you pierce both then of course it's crucial that you fix the inner part that holds the air. If you meant something else, please explain I will try help.
Alive Road Alive Road Oh thanks, you completely covered my question. Thanks for the swift response by the way! One last question. I am thinking about either buying the ITWIT or the pathfinder kayak. The difference in the pathfinder is that in between the two layers of PVC there is a layer of polyester thus making it stronger. In your experience would that make a difference over just PVC? Thanks!
I guess the only difference is where you're going to use it. If it's a calm sea bay where you don't have a risk of running into rocks then it doesn't really matter. If you're using it on a tight, shallow river then of course every additional layer will help. As for the performance itself I don't think the extra inside layer would affect it.
Well, define "enough". Everybody has their own preference and also people are of different height. I'm 1.85m and my wife is 1.70m. She could always straighten her legs with no problem, sitting in the front. For me it was a bit more difficult, but if I pushed myself back on the chair and stuck my feet on the sides of her back, I could straighten them as well. It's not ideal, but I would never say it was uncomfortable, even paddling for 3-4 hours straight. If it's an important feature to you, perhaps you should consider the 3-person model. It will definitely be longer.
today i used the kayak of three seats, are low and for me are uncomfortable because my height is around 1.80 cms ... if you know another kayak with the same facilitys but highs seats please let me know ... thanks for the video , grettings
wooo just saw this at the new Decathlon shop that opened near us, i got to say i was really really reallllyyy surprised this thing is very good quality for the price. Will def get one :)
Hey. Well I haven't used any other inflatable kayaks so I can't tell for sure, but what I'd do is search for the Itiwit hand pump that I have on this video on DECATHLON and see the connections there. There are two sizes, one bigger to inflate the kayak and smaller for the chairs. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the reply. I have ordered the kayak. What I will do is pick up my old pump and try it out. And if it doesn't work, I have discovered there is a new Decathlon store opened in my town, so it won't be too much hassle to walk there and buy a Itiwit one.
Yeah, no problem I'd say. We used to paddle around with my girlfriend she's around 60 and I'm 95 kg. Plus some additional equipment so I'd say we were at least 160kg total. No way it will start sinking.
Hey, I imagine in case of fishing the more room the better? I'm not really into fishing myself but I've seen they have quite some gear sometimes. In that case, it would probably be a good idea to get the itiwit3, but of course you need to weigh it against your personal space needs. And watch out for those hooks :) Also remember that the producer does not recommend to go further than 300m offshore, these kayaks are not designed for open waters. Enjoy!
Hi! Thanks for your review. Could you, please, give any comment on ITIWIT maximum weight capacity? I had "Bestway 2 person kayak" and it could carry up to 200 kg (450 lb) being 3,3 m (11 ft) long and 92 cm (3 ft) wide with maximum air presure 0,8 psi. "ITIWIT 2 men kayak" is 10 cm (4 in.) longer , 10 cm (4 in.) wider, and its maximum air presure is 1,5 psi, however, it carries 50 kg ( 110 lb) less than "Bestway kayak" I had. Moreover, the new "ITIWIT X-100 2 men series kayak" is 1 foot longer, 4 inches wider and its maximum air presure is 2 psi higher than bestway's but still it can carry only 150 kg ( 330 pound). Is it because ITIWIT has more serious safety rules compared to Bestway or ITIWIT simply cannot cary more than 150 kg due to their phisical parameteres?
Based on my personal experience - yes, you can go easily over the official limit. Of course I do not encourage to do so, because it's against the specs, but I loaded nearly 200kg total on my ITIWIT 2 and I didn't notice any issues with mobility, speed or displacement. So I think setting the limit on 150kg is playing it a bit too safe on the manufacturer side, but hey, they know their product best right? It's just my view on it.
I think that's a question you need to ask yourself. There are no limitations to what distance the kayak can cover in a day, it's all up to your strength and endurance.
@@AliveRoad I don't it's all up to the paddler. Same paddler, two kayak (at least) One is Itiwit, the other one is a rigid non fishing kayak, a sit on top like a Mid-Way or an Islay sot 14, just to say. The question is not about paddler skills but boat ones.
Yeah, the moved the affiliate program to another platform which I can't register on. Just go directly to Decathlon in your country. Thanks for flagging, I'll remove it.
I don't remember 100% as I don't have this kayak any more. But I followed some general guidelines when comparing height to paddle length. I'm 1.85m so it seems I would choose 220cm paddles. I don't recall them fouling the sides.
I just picked up the three-person and need to decide on adjustable paddle length for a person who is 5'8', either 210cm-220cm or 225cm-235cm. What paddle length do you recommend?
What started out being a single purchase for myself, ended up being six more purchases for family and friends. Your review helped a lot! Thank you!

Go paddle a Sea Eagle Razor Lite..fast as a hard shell and easy to carry.
Yeah well, just a tiny 1000 euros more expensive
roys you get just what you pay for.
Very easy to use, robust, be careful when you screw the air caps on the base and either side closed as it can deflate if they are not secured tightly.
Fantastic review. Very informative thank you from the UK 😊
Thank you very much! Good to know you found it useful :)
Thanks man! Just got one for my birthday! Hope i don't die on it:D
Stay safe! :)
I have one exactly like this one and with my friends we go in a open sea (Mediterranean sea) and we put lot of camping stuff like tend heavy fridge bags... well they so cool.....i advice this...of course you have to paddle
Paddling is good for you, always an exercise :) Good to hear you're having fun with the kayak!
How is it? Any tips? For open sea?
awesome review! gonna purchase it for sure and enjoy even more my beautiful canary islands!
Surely an awesome place to rock out in this kayak, the Canaries! Have fun!
Really good review. I've bought a similar kayak. One small point......I think he maybe should have his life vest on when paddling
He probably should :) I had it right in front of me on my wife's chair back, but yes, it's not a good example to go kayaking without a PFD on.
very nice view, thanks for sharing!
Great vid, tks! I just bought one yesterday, waiting for it to arrive!! :)
Thank you! I hope you'll enjoy it!
Hi thanks for the amazing review. How is it holding now after 3 years?
Hey, you're welcome! Unfortunately can't answer your question because I sold it a while ago when I moved out of Malta and no longer have kayaking possibilities.
Pozdro600, właśnie kupiłem. Fajny angielski, ziom.
Życzę miłego użytkowania!
Siema. Podpinam się. Super angielski. Jedno pytanie a propos kajaka: czy wygodnie będzie się go użytkować jednej osobie, bo tylko czasami będziemy pływać razem?
Great video and nice surroundings to cruise in.
Thanks a ton! Indeed, it's beautiful around the coast of Malta.
Alive Road yeah I went to Malta with my family’s in the 90’s. Loving Popeyes Village!!🤙🏻
True, awesome place. Although Malta in the 90s must have been a lot prettier than now. Western Europe stepped in hard in some locations. Still beautiful though.
Nice to watch and very informative vid. Thanks!
just going to order a single one from liverpool with thanks been looking at them for a while now but you sold it to me
Glad I could be of help, thanks a lot for the feedback!
Hey! I'm very happy to know that you found my review helpful. I'd love to paddle around the beautiful nature of Netherlands someday. Happy kayaking!
Thank you for this information
Actually I just bought one exactly like this kayak and thinking use it in secret immigration from Morocco to Spain
I'm sure it will handle the trip :) Good luck!
Thank you

It’s a big adventure I like to go with you! Pass your telegram username or WhatsApp number
thanks for the helpful and informative info!
You're most welcome!
Nice to watch and very informative vid. Thanks!
Thanks a lot! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
I’ve kept mine inflated for a week, had no problems
You helped me very much! thanks!!!
Nice video, thank you from Scotland. Subbed.
Very nice demonstration. I just bought one.
Hello! Nice video! You almost convinced me to buy one! Which is the location? It looks like a place I’ve seen near Oristano in Sardinia (Italy).
Hey, I'm happy I helped a bit in making a decision! The place is Malta, so you were pretty close :)
Great review ! Thank you!
And thank you! :)
This is a great buy got one too very surprised by the quality right up there with the top models.
I agree, I had a chance to compare with some cheaper lines and Itiwit really struck me as the most sturdy.
ho comprato,questo modello 2 anni fa,ho navigato di lago e di fiume e mi è piaciuto all'istante.Molto pratico e funzionale..Gli do 5***** su 5.👍👍👍🤗🤗 Beatyfull prodotto
Nice video. Dont forget your life jacket
Thank you! And no worries about the jacket, I had it right next to me :)
Use a sponge cushion for added support for your back.
Thanks man..will update :-)
Hey Gary, how have you decided? I struggle with the same problem here. Itiwit 2 or 3 for 2 people? Also, the 3 might be harder if even possible to operate by a single person.
Hi Viktor, still stuck in the dilema but it looks that I'll go with the 1-2 person itiwit kayak from several reasons: my partner and I are not so tall so there will be enough room for our legs, The kayak is wide enough for stability, better performance at wavy sea and easyer maneuvering, less weight when carrying it ..Hope I've decided well..
Try to apply some Nikwax to the surface of the kayak, that might help with the drying.
Can two people fit in comfortably?
Thanks for the tip.
Yes, two people can definitely fit in comfortably. I'm around 185cm high, my girlfriend is around 170cm and it was more than ok for a few hours straight.
Thank you for your answer.
Great. One more question:
The description says that it can take maximum 150kg.
Great review!
Brilliant review...just got one thanks
Thank you very much. I'm glad you found it helpful :)
the kiels comes with the itiwit bag?
Are you using It alone? Is It possible so set a only sit in the middle to be more balanced if you are going out alone?
Yes, you can use it alone. The position of the chairs is customizable so you can just remove the second one and place the first closer to the center.
Great review! Thank you very much!
Rich.
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
I am going to paddle long distance at the sea. I need to bring 30kg drybag with me... It would fit?
If you're alone in this 2-seater then I guess it's not a problem for the bag to take up one of the seats instead of the second person. Just need to be the right shape, so you can squeeze it inside.
I thinking to buy one but don't know which is the strong ones nice kayak tho 😍😍😎😎
What do you thing for fishing?
Good Video Thanks .... one thing though..... Why did you not wear
your life vest LOL 😆
Great video , could you recommend a battery pump for this kayak . im not doing it in the car lol
You can exceed 20km distance ???
Somebody gave me a ITIWIT for 1 person ,but the zip at one side is spoiled and can't close anymore , is it replacable and how much should that cost ????
That's a question you should ask at Decathlon support, or better yet - Itiwit directly.
Some have mentioned the problem of drying it before deflating and folding. Also getting the sand off. Seems like a problem.
are the paddles included to the purchase? you mentioned that pump was not included you purchased it separately what about paddles? and if they are included, for 2 people kayak you got 2 pair of them or? Thank you
Neither the pump nor the paddles or the life vests were included. The price on decathlon is just for the kayak, you have to buy everything else separately.
@@AliveRoad understood. thank you
Hi mate, might be a late comment but how does it follow straight line? I owned one with single skeg and it went circle when not paddling. Checked the chambers with pressure gauge and the problem persists. I see this one has 3 skegs and they must help? Thanks.
Hey. I must say I never had that problem. When I was paddling in bursts (very fast paddling for a minute, then let it slide) it never went off the track, so I assume the three skegs are doing their job in that case.
Thank you for the review!
You're very welcome. Hope you enjoy the kayak if you decide to buy it!
Any chance for a seat modification? Cause back hurts when you go out for long.
Alive Road Thanks for taking the time to reply!
No problem at all. Happy to help, enjoy your kayaking! :)
Nice review. Do you think you could canoe with this instead of using the kayak paddles? Thanks
Hi, thanks a lot! I think you could easily canoe with this kayak. Don't see any contraindications.
Does this have enough leg space because it looks very uncomfortable with 2 people.
Yes, it's a really nice piece of equipment. Hope you'll enjoy yours!
Excellent review
Thank you very much! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
do you think that these kayaks have a long time usage? they are quality material?
Thanks for the video. Is the air connection fairly standard? I already have a pump from an Intex kayak.
Good stuff. Enjoy the ride! :)
minutes 5:16, at the top right corner is that a 2nd valve or for high pressure air inlet?
It's been some time since I used this kayak but I believe it was a draining valve.
Great review. Where is the video location?
Thank you! It was shot in Malta.
Hi It doesn say maximum load 150KG in your opinion could you load a little more or would it start sinking?
Yeah, no problem I'd say. We used to paddle around with my girlfriend she's around 60 and I'm 95 kg. Plus some additional equipment so I'd say we were at least 160kg total. No way it will start sinking.
Thanks great to know
You're welcome, happy kayaking!
I just bought one Itiwit 1 is it possible tk use it for fishing ??
Is the bag watterproff?
How much does one costs? Can you give me an idea? Thanks.
Hi, of course. It's available in Decathlon so you can check on their website for current price. I paid something around 450 EUR for the entire set.
I m projecting to by it for fishing in the sea,any recomandations?i Hav to shoose between ititwit2 and ititwit3.
@@AliveRoad Ok, thank you for your response!
Do you think one can paddle 20km a day with some head wind?
I think that's a question you need to ask yourself. There are no limitations to what distance the kayak can cover in a day, it's all up to your strength and endurance.
@@AliveRoad I don't it's all up to the paddler.
Same paddler, two kayak (at least)
One is Itiwit, the other one is a rigid non fishing kayak, a sit on top like a Mid-Way or an Islay sot 14, just to say.
The question is not about paddler skills but boat ones.
The link won’t work for me buddy?
Yeah, the moved the affiliate program to another platform which I can't register on. Just go directly to Decathlon in your country. Thanks for flagging, I'll remove it.
Thank you for the nice review!
I'm very glad you enjoyed it :)
What length of paddle did you get and did they foul the sides when paddling? Thanks
I think you should pick the longer ones. These inflatable kayaks have a pretty wide design, so better go for 225-235.
