I've only recently got the hang of the dash backstab and it's incredibly satisfying to do, but getting it consistently is so hard, especially on lights
i dont think it was the skin, i think you just got some oblivious players, some ppl who couldnt aim, some JANK ass hits from what looks to be miles away, and of course the skill to make use of it all.
I don't understand why developers keep favoring the Light class over others (you don't believe me? look how they massacred Heavy over and over). If this gamestyle wasn't so broken, you wouldn't enjoy playing it. So why do they keep undermining other classes? Significant nerfs to the Light class are needed, including weapons, gadgets, and specializations. Thankfully, we've already seen a few adjustments. This imbalance is annoying, unfair, and broken-offering high rewards with low risk. Pubs have become nightmare fuel, and this alone will drive casual players (who make up most of the player base) back to their previous games, abandoning The Finals. The numbers don't lie. Light is the only class that seems to have been created with such care, showcasing amazing synergy between its various specializations and gadgets. While I don't REALLY want nerfs for Light (instead, I'd prefer to roll back some of the nerfs to the other builds), even you have to agree that after the continuous and unfair nerfs to the other builds, it's becoming mandatory.
You know the funniest part about all of this is light is still not meta. You have an easier time climbing with MMM, MHM, or MHH, as even after all their nerfs the FCAR is still the best Medium weapon by far, the M60 and Lewis still outperform every other heavy weapon (except maybe the auto shotty), and I don't know about you, but Goo/Mesh can combo really well with barricade/dome for locking down an objective or forcing a steal, and pretty much all the medium specs combo really well with the medium gadgets as they are built around support. You're right though the numbers don't lie the win-rate on light is still the lowest in the game even after all the nerfs to heavy and medium. This is coming from an all rounder player where I actually each class almost equally, but lean more towards Med/Heavy as that has been meta since S1 only playing light in casual game modes for the "fun" aspect of the class.
