Well since TH-cam decided to leave my comment for this video on an older one, I have another one I can make instead. I like to listen to Cap's videos when I'm at work in the afternoon and getting overloaded from too much paperwork. So with this video where you're encouraged to close your eyes anyway, it's something I can listen to on my headphones while reading and I still get the tingles and a little bit of relaxation.
