@hopeandwhisky1099 if you normalize price to sales ratios in automotive sector, you would be looking at a fair value of $16usd. However, this is not just an automotive company and its fair value can be argued to be much higher than this.

Not sure I understand the short sellers logic with NIO right now. Do they really think NIO is going to do so poorly with Onvo and NIO sales that their short thesis will work? This is like playing with fire. I have no clue how any of them think staying in a short position makes sense... You can see throughout the day at time where the price has a major dip, my assumption is a short dumped shares onto the market...Unlike the past it seems the stock price recovers quickly and goes higher... Shorting NIO really makse no sense to me at all. There are plenty of other companies out there that can be shorted that have a much lower risk or change of going up.

Short interest on 11 Sept 164 million shares. There are always shorts but 10% is abnormal it should settle in around 4% short interest at 80 to 100 Million shares. These are hedges not destructive short positions held by long players as a hedge.

This stock is considered inexpensive under $10. If it surpasses $10, it could rapidly reach $20, then $30, and beyond. I suggest adding shares while it’s still below $10. So far I have more than 15000 shares. My target should be 20k.
