A moving and uplifting experience in Iceland 2 July 24 on our walking tour of Hallgrimskirkja in #4K Rekyjavik.

Today we visit to Hallgrimskirkja in Reykjavik, inside we hear the organ, take an elevator, and go up the tower.We get to see views above Reykjavik from a different perspective.

Hallgrímskirkja (Church of Hallgrímur) is a Lutheran (Church of Iceland) parish church in Reykjavík, Iceland.
Hallgrimskirkja is a tall structure at 74.5 metres (244 ft) it is the largest church in Iceland.
We all know of it's distinctively curved spire and side wings, as having become a symbol for Iceland's national identity since its completion in 1986.
The church is named for the memory of the Icelandic poet and clergyman Hallgrímur Pétursson (1614-1674), also the author of the remarkable Passion Hymns.
