Do you agree with this or is it ok for me to encourage them to round down (eventually, after finding the lift)? Also, never thought about moving the foot inside the same thigh, always thought was more like a tree pose set up. So Thanks!
Hi Karin! Sorry for delay, I missed your comment! I usually encourage neutral spine, then moving into flexion with support of core. It's definitely a spinal flexion pose, ultimately, but anyone with spinal issues should exercise caution and make sure that works :) I did a recent vid on rolling down vs. flat back that you find enjoy :)
