Sometimes they "Jump" Years for Storyline purposes. For example on Guiding Light, Christina "Blake" Bauer was born in 1975 who left Springfield with her Mother Holly in 1979. When she came Back they had her being "Older". Dr. Rick Bauer's Son Jude was born first then his Daughter Leah but then they made Leah "Older" and Jude Younger.

Im so confused because Debbie's 18th birthday was in 2007. So Debbie's approximately 29 now. So take 29 away from 2018 it gives you 1989, but Harriet said that the unknown baby was born in 1990. So Debbie's still the oldest, I'm so fucking confused.

Charity was 12 or 13 when she got pregnant with Debbie so a year later is possible that Charity got pregnant again

Charity was 13 when she had Debbie in October 1989, after she gave birth to Debbie her father kicked her out so she went on the street and Bails took her in (earlyish 1990 I assume). She then got pregnant in mid 1990 when she was 14 and gave birth to a premature baby on NYE 1990, 1 and a half months before she turned 15 in Feb 1991. In one scene young Charity is holding a photo of herself and baby Debbie that she was forced to give up (being 13 with no family support).
