Hi everyone, I've working on Daikin VRV for many years. I have one question, why does the Daikin VRV have a lot more problems with their systems than any other equivalent VRF Systems, like Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy, Fujitsu, Toshiba, plus many others. Just the parts department of Daikin are so extensive and very busy., especially here in the UK 🇬🇧. One example, replaced many, many compressors for Daikin VRV, but for other manufacturers, just a few in my time. What I have personally found that if a Daikin VRV System is professionally installed and commissioned and well maintained afterwards, there will be a lot less breakdown and thus less repairs. We have installed Daikin VRV Systems and they have been running trouble free for many years. Anyway, it keeps me very busy especially working on Daikin VRV Systems.

Dear sir,
I am Arunachalam from Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. Glad to chat with you. Now I am servicing rxyq 18 pay6 +rxyq 18 pay6 +rxyq 10 pay6 Daikin VRV. rxyq18pay6 is a master. When on the unit rxyq 10 pay6(master) runs for 10 min without error. After 10 min it gave a u4 error and the unit stopped. When I clear the error in the remote control it will start again. Sometimes slave one inverter compressor starts. But, only one fan starts running for 10 seconds, stops, and again starts after 30 seconds and stops within 10 seconds. slave condenser coil gets high heat. slave gas flow gives more sound. slave 2 is dead silent. total 40 indoor units. when I load more than 10 units it will give a u4 error. Please suggest an idea to rectify it.

Any wire connections wrong.
PJ is improper combination between inverter and fan driver

red to black is 96 ohms
red to white is 5 mega ohms
what about white to black?
is there a resistance reading fo that?

Red Black = 96K ohm
Red white = 5M ohm
Normally white and black i never measure, next time i get the reading in the video too.
