I like the way Drilon speaks. He's not arrogant. The way he delivers his facts and subjective ideas, there is calmness. There is no arrogancy in his facial expression.

True character of a person is very different from a person's reputation. Politicians will only show you there suppose to be good side and not their real character. The only way to see their real selves is to witness yourself their personal and unselfish help they give to others who absolutely can do nothing for him in return. Do get my point?
I once met Senator Drillon unexpectedly while walking at his secretary's funeral and without knowing who I was, he greeted me, "Good evening." He was walking with the late Senator Joker Arroyo at that time. This senator is really kind.

Despite the balance of powers between the executive, legislative, & the judiciary, political influence is always present particularly/especially between executive & the legislative. That's one reason why there exists a political majority--so that the head leader has the upper hand in all matters executive & to a certain extent, legislative.

so, Escudero can manifest to the chairperson of this committee (2nd option in the senate rule) doing a hearing on the PDEA leak to endorse a continuation, as one of the rule options to start and endorse the go-ahead and continue in the existing proceedings, or to bring it in senate plenary session a manifestation, a function of leadership, to approve the proceedings or to be agreed first among them, or not. (1st option).

Thank you Karen. Its worth to watch and listen. Former SP Drillon is brilliant. 2 Parties are better as opposition compared nowadays that overloads the list of choices. At some points filipinos always ended up with much disappointments after the elections because of "Saling Pusa" Party List composed of "Makakaliwa."
Please come back to the senate, sir, and bring back the honor the senate so badly needs.
