There's no other music fathomable that can make me feel the way there music does. It's such a happy/sad nostalgic feeling that reminds me of my freshman year in college, when everything was new
Thank God for TH-cam!!! I discovered them a few months ago after watching Company Men. Absolutely love them. Can't go to sleep without listening to Grease - over and over again.
Incredibly infectious stuff! Awesome musicians and the vocals of a god. Searing, heartbreak 80s synth and the sort of addictive trance-inducing quality that instantly hooks you in. Genuine genius.
Best groove ever, I return to this song often. Love this music is the perfect example of what Joy Division's next album would've sounded like, IMHO. Just perfection! The driving rhythm, the builds and the levels, the lyrics. "Love Will Tear Us Apart" by Joy Division was their last single and shows their then-newer style of uptempo dancier music they were going for. IMHO this song reminds me of that, plus a touch of The Wedding Present, to my joy.
Buen análisis Bro. Esta banda es buena de verdad. Es todo mezclado, todas las sensaciones.... Todas juntas. Tienen momentos muy pasajeros en los que siente flotar. Es un viaje. Y es hermoso.
these guys are really great and they're one of the bands i want to see live before i die but i think adding a drummer would make their live shows even more amazing
The biggest problem I have with Future Islands is the lack of a coherent direction in the vocals. He sounds at one point to be mimicking a British accent then incorporates a Death Metal growl. It's all a bit silly. The keyboard melodies are the only saving grace of this band.
Sam. I feel old and sad. You have helped me so much. Sometimes i don't think i can recover. And i always do.
I love the small "mistake" in the beginning and the moment they have.
🤗 those are the best moments

elton john meets david bowie--a long lost love child.
It’s the keyboardist, he’s genius but the singer is too. They need to get a decent drummer! That stupid drum machine ruins it for me!
They are even better when incorporating a real drummer.
+I Suck At Stuff Drummers are assholes that ruin bands :D
yeah! =D
