I am reminded of a time that my baby girl, was born and I had pre-eclampsia. We had a brand new house and I was too ill to put it together and did not recover from the high blood pressure for about a year. And two months after she was born, my husband lost his job. I was not a believer at this time, and it was very difficult. Im so glad you have a lovely family and Jesus as your strength. Please get rest and everything will get done, it always does! Alyssa, I don't know how much you are reading the comments here, but here's an idea for one of your bedrooms. Years ago, I found some great wallpaper in a $1 bin in a wallpaper store. My hubs and I wanted to redo our master bedroom. I love the color pink (and yes, when your sis Erin got married to Chad, I loved her house tour with her pink master!). So, the wallpaper had tiny while & blue flowers all over a pink (light) background. We painted the bottom half of the walls around the room and wallpapered from 48" up and put a chair rail around the room. Gorgeous room....I loved it. We sold that house and 28 yrs later, I'm going to redo my master bedroom again, and want to paint & wallpaper as we did in that first house. Love your videos! House transformation is going well! love it!

Remodels are fun, but NOT fun. We're remodeling one room, and planning the remodel for the kitchen. So, I feel your pain. Cabinets being 6-8 weeks out, then countertops, it's a HUGE ordeal. We have to redo the flooring and plumbing before installation too. AND, we're living in it, during all of this. Bless you and all of your family. Seems like they are a HUGE help. Congratulations on the house again.

I truly understand. We had a house fire and we r rebuilding, and we have 2 separate households right now, and it is tough! Im constantly exhausted, my husband, the 2 grandchildren we are raising are exhausted, but at the same time, we are very grateful to God, we r all safe.
You are not very far postpartum, make sure you are taking time for breaks and taking care of yourself. This is a fun busy time for your family but it can all become too much too fast. Take time to breathe, rest, and pray. What a blessing that you've had so many sweet helpers 😊
