Tbh im not sure, in Ubisoft Connect certainly not. What i think is that it actually shouldnt be for platinum as you cannot replay them in order to get those optional objectives, meaning that you might get locked out of the platinum if they worked like that

In PC btw there is definitely no trophy, the trophies in PS i saw were more expanisve and cooler
