Schindler 500P Fire Lift - Clarke Quay Central

This lift used to have a dangerously huge door gap, that has thankfully been fixed. The lift maintenance here still ain't great though, with only 2 of the main 6 office lifts having fully working internal LCD indicators, while the LED ones outside also misbehave a lot(eg. showing a down arrow as the lift goes up). This lift also has some issues, like saying 'going up' on the top floor.

It's behind an unlocked door on office floors. From other floors(except B which seems to be chocked open?) it's behind a maglocked door

Most of the office bldgs/condos i went have well maintained lifts even if they were generics so idk whats with this one

What's especially weird is the toilets on office floors are keycarded, alongside the level 5 carpark lift lobby for the office lifts(even though the level 1 lobby is wide open!)
Yet they can't maintain any of the lifts properly.
