Yes we were renting off the original purchaser, who had it built with dog kennels at the rear, with the intention of running a boarding kennels. But as with alot things in Cyprus it didn't come off for her, I think we were the last ones to rent it as she put the place on the market. It was eventually bought by an English family who had some extensive work done converting the roof terrace into a second storey bedroom, creating a dorma bungalow.
