Marc Anthony actually has been around since the late 80's. Not many know his Freestyle music roots. As for Salsa yes this was his early years
I meant to mention as well but I fell asleep. La India is my favorite vocalist. She also been around since the 80's and was 16 when she made her 1st Freestyle track called "Mirage" with Jellybean Benitez. You might wanna check that song out. Also check out her cover of Michael Jackson's "Earth Song' and it would be cool if you would react to her video " I can't get no sleep" I really love that woman and her talent And contribution to Freestyle, House Music, and Salsa. Her voice is captivating.
We used to go to a club in Hollywood on Saturday nights and they would play only Latino music like this. When this song was played it was incredible to hear.

Oh Wow, I remember this when I was very young. Old Salsa is great! I remember family getting together and dancing to music like this. My family moved from PR to Florida on the 80s. I grew up listening to 80s New Wave but this music has a place in my heart. Mark Anthony is awesome! Saludos!

Such an amazing song! Love it ❤️... I've seen La India live a couple of times and got to meet her one of those times. I swear to you when I say I have NEVER EVER been to a concert where the singer had the power behind their voice like she does. When she belted it literally made my eardrums were vibrating haha. When I met her she was so chill, laid back and so nice. She talked to me like we knew each other forever. It was such a pleasure to talk with her. Marc Anthony woooo...he's so freaking good and he's amazing live as well. The two of them together singing is perfection. 😍

Wow! I saw Marc Anthony live about 10 years ago, but I'm really impressed by La India! Will you please react to Hua Chenyu singing Nunchucks? It's from Singer 2018, the show Dimash was on in 2017. Hua Chenyu came back and won the 2020 season. He's really good!

1. La India was not smoking weed on this video. She loves to smoke cigars. That was a cigar.
2. Jenifer Lopez had not met Marc Anthony yet and J Lo fell in love with Marc because of this song. So, she went to the Puerto Rican parade in NYC and just started dancing salsa while he was performing. J. Lo was even interviewed and asked if she liked Marc and she said she loved him and his music. Right after that they started dating.
3. Marc and La India never dated. They just respected each other's voices.

Dereck - I've been enjoying your reactions the past few days. Great stuff. I noticed you seem particularly into 80's type synth sounds. I think you'd really enjoy VISAGE 'Fade To Grey'. Not necessarily for a reaction video, but I think if you listened to it in your own time and space, you'd probably be amazed that it was released in 1980 (40 years ago!).
