I think the best way to get the proportions right is to draw often and a lot, so let's draw a lot together! :)
for artists out there
do not pressure urself it the drawing is messy or kinda not straight and steady, u can always erase and define, do not pressure urself from the messy process, it takes time to achieve full and good accurateness ^-^)
These full body ones are always my favourite!! They help me the most! 🥰

I recommend using gymnasts shots such as flips and jumps for reference, especially because their muscles are more prominent and their poses are great for practise. I usually draw simone biles:-)

As someone who is extreamly bad at atonomy, this healped a lot! I did it quite easilt and I actually didnt stop to pause the video most of the times, so this was really helpful!
