If anyone who's never been arrested before is wondering, it's not hard to slip your cuffs the first time they cuff you, which I'm assuming is why I constantly see people doing it on these body cam videos. When I was young and stupid, I slipped mine off on the way to jail, but after I did I instantly realized that it was not going to go well for me so I slipped them right back on lol. I've been clean for 11 years and have an amazing 6 year old girl.

Love the heart of the officer. The car doesn’t have insurance, has weed in the car, and was being driven by the lady without a license. She just went berserk and took a swing at him. He has every right and reason to tow the car but still gives the keys to her friend and says, “we’re not gonna look.” He still had sympathy for her overall situation, despite the fact she continues to dig herself a deeper hole. Unfortunately, what this woman needs more than just sympathy is tough love and to be held accountable for all the things she is not doing in her life. Here’s the thing I have a bunch of sympathy for someone just out of prison trying to get their life together… it sucks I’ve seen people go through it first hand, there are legitimate road blocks that are very hard to manage for people genuinely trying to get back on their feet and stay on the straight and narrow… But you lost me when you visited a motel known for selling drugs… that you know you’ve already been trespassed from.🙄
It is really hard. Finding a job or an apartment with a record is near impossible. Getting to a job without a license or insurance is near impossible. Paying for those things without a job is impossible. People make bad choices, then keep making them. Nonetheless, I found this very sad. The police, however, did the very best job they could, treating her with more respect than she deserved.

Did she actually stop, or drive through. What I noticed was a LEO who wouldn't even tell her parole officer that she has a job, and was supposed to work in the morning. That was after they didn't find any drugs in her car, after she cooperated! To me, it looked like the officer was trying to crush her, not give her any chance to improve her life and keep a job, so she could pay her child support and get her license back! I can see why her frustration got the best of her, after all of that!

I saw a video earlier where there were huge piles of snow all around and a guy came out to talk to the cops wearing shorts and nothing else . I’m from AZ and have to wear a jacket once it gets in the 50s .
@@sue8344 I was attending a military class in Wisconsin in February and there were several guys from Puerto Rico who flew in to attend as well. They were wearing short sleeve shirts and no coats. I had to load them up in my van and take them to buy proper winter clothes or they would have frozen.
Unfortunately they don’t pay much and always hire the BOTTOM of the Barrel! I have a very good friend who lives in a group home for disabled people. And the night crew is ALWAYS horrible!

That's a probation violation, hitting an officer, driving suspended license, no insurance, etc but the DA won't revoke and put her in jail on the original charges she was given probation for AND the DA will drop half these new charges and recommend probation even though she's proved she's not a good candidate for probation.

A driver's license isn’t immediately suspended the day after a child support payment is missed. She's been in arrears for months and has received numerous written warnings outlining exactly what will happen (license suspension etc.)
My mom owes my 58 year old dad 63,680$ for lawyer's fees and child support. Been 11 years since it withdrawn when my sister turned 18. Nothing happened, was not penalized for not paying. She was such a bad mom, she got my sister addicted to meth and my sister is somewhere in Arizona. Well the last known confirmed arrest. Been radio dark for the last 2 years.
in fairness, her license was suspended due to non-payment of child support. She literally might not have had any idea of that. But weed? Yeah, that's dumb.

Would it be better for society to pay for her to sit in jail for longer? It sounds like she was making efforts to hold down a job and make changes. I think it's better for society to have her do 80 hours of community service cleaning roads or whatever and maybe keep a job, as opposed to paying her room and board in county lockup for a month before releasing a person that has no job and few resources to get one.

I saw her pull her arms from the officer after exiting the car, but she never attempted to hit an officer. If she had but been unsuccessful, then you would see the blow blocked somehow, but all she did was forcefully pull her arm across her chest. Also "make me" isn't threatening an officer, it implies they will have to use physical force against her as she will resist. Police use force all the time without being assaulted, mostly to get a suspect to put their hands behind their back, sometimes the officer will even throw blows, but that still isn't assaulting an officer.
She is committing “crimes” while on probation and tried to flee the scene after getting out of the handcuffs and is now crying that they are on too tight. Grow up!
its roughly middle of the pack for crime and sentencing but its mostly because their police departments have the most body cam footage available that these channels use their footage a lot, there's a reason we barely see like new york & chicago footage even though they have high rates of violent crime, their departments don't give out footage too much

I know if you've ever played with handcuffs you know how freaking bad they hurt after just a min of having them on they dig in. Idk why they can't be a lot thicker like leather shackle type that would be more secure and harder to slip out of because you could tighten it to the skin

As a connoisseur of fine body cam videos I can confirm two things: 1. If you added a beat to the screaming that is a sick metal track. 2. Her inability to feel her fingers probably has more to do with what appears to be an obesity issue, and not an issue with the cuffs.
A job needs current Id. Especially for elder care. So she should not be working there. Almost would feel bad, but stopped at a drug hotel, behind child support. So now no job, sad also po needs to be paid.

She said she was working at a group home. You would be surprised how agencies running group homes scrape the bottom of the barrel to cover staffing. They'll tell you up front you have to have a valid driver's license, then ignore that you don't as long as you find a way to show up. I saw an astounding amount of malfeasance by these agencies when I worked in the DD waiver system.

I was amazed when I moved to Minnesota and saw people walking around in shorts, fleece tops and flip flops when it was 35 degrees outside.

That's a probation violation, hitting an officer, driving suspended license, no insurance, etc but the DA won't revoke and put her in jail on the original charges she was given probation for AND the DA will drop half these new charges and recommend probation even though she's proved she's not a good candidate for probation.

I saw her pull her arms from the officer after exiting the car, but she never attempted to hit an officer. If she had but been unsuccessful, then you would see the blow blocked somehow, but all she did was forcefully pull her arm across her chest. Also "make me" isn't threatening an officer, it implies they will have to use physical force against her as she will resist. Police use force all the time without being assaulted, mostly to get a suspect to put their hands behind their back, sometimes the officer will even throw blows, but that still isn't assaulting an officer.

This woman is a train wreck and needs therapy. She's homeless, lost custody and finally got a job 5 days ago, but now she'll probably lose that too because she won't be able to go to work. She's fallen so low I can't make fun of her.

No. She needs to grow tf up is all. All of this is her doing. It isn't some mental illness or addiction. She's a child. She didn't get her way, which is to party and not be responsible, and she threw a tantrum like a 4 year old kid being dragged out of Chuck E. Cheese.
@@booshmcfadden7638 Here in Europe we have people like this. Many get therapy/mental health help, drug rehabilitation and other social support. A fair percentage manage to rebuild their lives and wider society benefits. Do you think your diagnosis and prescription has done any better? Ever wondered why there's such a problem?
She said she was working at a group home. You would be surprised how agencies running group homes scrape the bottom of the barrel to cover staffing. They'll tell you up front you have to have a valid driver's license, then ignore that you don't as long as you find a way to show up. I saw an astounding amount of malfeasance by these agencies when I worked in the DD waiver system.

@@hesayshesayhowboutmesay I know A-LOT of guys paying child support and some of them cannot even see their kid. This is the FIRST time I ever heard of a woman paying child support period. My buddy pays $1200 a month for his son but the mom spends it all on herself, he has to take his son shopping everytime he sees his b/c momma blowing the money on her new bf in prison.
I know a few as well.. my kids mom was one of them lol
Not as unusual as you'd think. Women bail on kids all the time these days. They're equal to men remember.
