    It’s half a week after recovering from Covid that i did my first HIIT workout. Skipped the burpees to avoid working too hard, but those booty moves were killer! I couldnt do most of them (though im also sure i wouldnt have been able to do them if i didnt have Covid) 😢 Im glad the abs part was awesome - my core is on fireeeeeeee🎉 avg HR 133, calories burnt 203

    This one was awesome! Had to rest couple seconds here and there but overall very doable. My favorite so far. I love hitting glutes and abs, it's where I see the best results in strength and tone.
