Physicals do not diagnose endometriosis. The condition is definitively diagnosed by a surgical procedure. Many doctors, including gynecologists, have dismissed heavy and painful periods and prescribed birth control to simply alleviate the symptoms that could be (not always) associated with endometriosis and fibroids. There are also many women who are living with fibroids unbeknownst to them because theirs may be asymptomatic. It's really unfortunate to continue the narrative that a woman knew of her reproductive issues without any proof. Also, if, indeed, Jackie and Simone fed into that narrative, they need to do better. They absolutely have clients who discover issues only once they start trying to conceive.
Chris- Don’t believe everything a doctor tells you. There are millions of women who have had fibroids or endometriosis who have gotten pregnant. Most women don’t know they might be infertile until they try to get pregnant. You would think most doctors would know that ( Heavenly) just remember medicine is a practice. BTW, my husband was told he couldn’t have children bc he had cancer and radiation treatments as a young man. We have twin boys. Dr Jackie could knows the most about infertility and she could made it a teachable moment. I don’t know if she wanted to go along with Heavenly BS or not. It was a missed opportunity. They were pretty close to a HIPA violation by talking about Sweeteas situation.
Hello. I was just diagnosed with fibroids this year and I am around LaTisha age. It is so hard advocating for yourself to doctors. In retrospect, I have always hade majority of the symptoms but never knew what it was. I live a very healthy lifestyle and bill of health has always been clean. This year I was finally recommended to get a ultasound (stomach and vaginal) and they finally saw I had fibroids. This is not a standard procedure in the military. Also, most black women develop fibroids as we age. Dr. simone and Jackie both knows that.
I'm retired military. We don't get "your chances to conceive" physical examinations. The reality of not being able to conceive and/or delivering a child is horrible for some women. I have one military friend after several years of IVF who successfully had a child. Another military friend made the same attempts unsuccessfully. She is now in mental counseling. Please be careful discussing the subject.
Also I regularly follow and watch Funky Dineva who is good friends with both Quad and Heavenly…that’s actually Quad’s man for real. Speaking of Heavenly I loved the scene with her son. The way she kept having to remind him she is Dr Kimes not mommy lol and I wish Contessa would let it go then just go. I can’t stand a “we friends only because we have a common enemy” type person
Dr. Heavenly was not always against the ploy to throw Quad away last season. She was complicit initially but then switched up when she saw the feedback from fans. It’s interesting because a lot of us said if they are successful in icing Quad out, Dr Heavenly has to know she’d be next considering she stay pissing them off with her commentary on YT. 🤷🏽♀️
Simone and Cecil bought the boys a condo so it isn't a rental. How they decided to go in and clean their condo is CRAZY!!!! I'm with yall I'm over Contessa already. Bringing this old beef back is annoying.
My parents, God rest their soul, never cleaned up after me after I became a young adult who could clean up after myself,. And those hazmat suits were ridiculous.
It's interesting to me how Symone's kids have access to so many resources and seem to not be taking advantage of them or empowered enough to want more for themselves. Compared to Heavenly's kids who are around the same age and seem to be going in a totally different direction, with one following in his parent's footsteps and becoming a doctor. I'm sure Symone feels some type of way to see her boys not really motivated like her and her husband were at their age.🤔
I feel like even if Tea didn’t know she had endo specifically she knew she was having pains and issues and something was off. I don’t want to see her crying either but all things considered….i only felt a drop of what Blair felt in that scene. And for Greg to give such a short timeline after they are already married and I’m sure have had several baby talks since that’s what Tea led with to get him….low down dirty shame

Another great and hilarious review 😊
Umm I was in the military they do not do physicals that would catch endometriosis.
I agree. Military physicals are to ensure we are ready and able to deploy.

My fibroids shrnked when I was pregnant. Women can get pregnant with Fibroids
Quad probably doesn't want marriage again, but it makes sense that she wants kids.
Didn't her man say he knows she wants a ring?
I had pretty large fibriods. I would never think I couldn't conceive. I removed them
@talkindurinthemovie Exactly! People even have their fibroids discovered during pregnancy. The prognosis depends on the size, type, and location.
My parents, God rest their soul, never cleaned up after me after I became a young adult who could clean up after myself,. And those hazmat suits were ridiculous.
Ain't nothing wrong with being tricked on. Rent me a RR. LOL! And I'm not sure quad is looking for another marriage after how her first one went.
The boyfriend said he knows she wants a ring.
Quad is blind as a bat she barely knows this man a year is nothing!
Rich people exchange/ rent/own/ their luxury vehicles every few years Quad will stay driving in luxury that's all that matter🤑
…….The vehicle is not the only thing rented
The half million dollar car... ok

Simone is so worry about Quad instead of be concern about her boys lack of communication. They did even tell her they was not going to be there.

Based on the information that was given to us on the show, she told us she was in pain for a while…..bleeding etc.
So she knew something was off.
You can't be mad with Dr. H. for that why T created.
