I am an original owner of an 03 SS. When I heard they were coming out, I got on the waiting list for one :) I am up to 160k miles now, still my daily driver. Hard to believe how many of these trucks are rusty now. Mine is still rust free, but living in Southern California has some benefits, no salt on the roads is one of them. If the Bed Rug was an option, it must have been a dealer installed one or one of those accessories they will sell along with the purchase. I got a Bed Rug on my 03 SS when I first got the truck from a Bed Rug dealer. Still have it and it is great. I also got an under-seat box for the back seat that keeps some junk out of site and in one place. I also have a Snug Top Shell on mine and a Magna charger Radix supercharger that I put on at 2,500 miles (that is to say, as soon as I could get my hands on one). The supercharger really wakes up the truck. Gives it a great off the line kick that is fun. I got a 1/4 mile time of 13.9 seconds at 95 mph. Although, be warned, the transmissions do not hold up very well. With the super charger, my transmission lasted till 70k. I am on my second rebuild now after breaking an input shaft a couple years ago :( I am interested in those flags over the SS , those are not stock and I don't recall seeing them before, unless they are related to the Intimidator dealer version. Do they say anything? or just a flashy addon somebody did? Anyways, great to see somebody giving some love to an SS. Keep the projects going!
To be honest I'm not sure about where or when the logos were put on. They are c6 corvette logos i think they were either added at the dealer or someone put them on. I've changed my mind on supercharging the truck I'm just gonna settle for a cam. Gonna buy a ctsv instead.
This is my buddies truck and sadly its still siting in the garage taken apart. Was gona do rockers and paintjob but its slowly being forgotten. We made the mistake of starting a turbo nova build
Honestly I'm not super sure on exactly what's on the truck. It's all a bunch of belltech parts. It's got the lowering shocks, the spindles and the shackle drop but I'm not sure exact part numbers. I think whoever built it just threw parts at it and cobbled it together

Race slicks if your that low might aswell look the race truck parts since you already know your gonna restore it, it’s clean tho

I dont think you can go 5/7 on a SS awd. max you can go is like a 3/4 or else you front axles will bind
