i don't like it when a company gets lazy with album designs, but if SM.ent really wants to stick with ONE design. i hope they choose this, because i love the fold out poster/picture. Imagine seeing this packaging concept with all the other groups i would actually be okay with that to be honest. And Merry Christmas Tina!

They don't work on weekends, it's not always they send an email. You should contact them through service 1:1 if you have any problem with your order, not email :)
