Sitting down and getting up using a belt

    Hey John...why dont you use adjustable walker, the main advantage of a walker while standing will be that you will have many parts of it to grab on to and also you can use it anywhere, I have SMA and I have been using walkers for many years now, they really help

      Karandeep Singh Juneja thank you for that advice. My problem with a walker is my gait is wide and I’ll kick the walker leg(s). I have become very comfortable with the off balance feeling of walking so it’s kinda like my thing now 😀

      I have muscular dystrophy which makes my muscles weak. The belt helps me tremendously

    Maby this is the solution for my boyfriend too getting up out of the chair. He is falling down 4 times this month and its getting very bad richt nog! His legs slipping sideways☹
