I don't have Black Swan or Kafka but are the rumors really true that Black Swan can't function without Kafka?
@@ssscore She works fine with sampo as a replacement. She would be much better with kafka but sampo can reapply more stacks of arcana (I don’t know how tbh, but whenever I E with sampo the number goes up) which is the main appeal of Kafka anyways
@@harmonial7288 works fine but Sampo needs eidolons at e4/e6. I think shes A tier at most bc she's replaceable in the future with some other DOT dps
Kinda, but not really. I have Black Swan and just 4 cycled the meme in the new abyss first try (with Guinaifen, Ruan Mei and Fu Xuan), so she can off wind weak enemies enemies quite well. That said, she is far from being meta without Kafka since her damage is so backloaded (unless you are big brain idk). I guess it feels like Jinglii without Bronya. There are times it feels she's dealing 0 damage @@ssscore
She works well for me with Gui and Sampo, but they're both at E6 so that might have some influence. I've tried Kafka through the support feature and other means and I don't see a crazy difference much of the time.
every single time someone mentions ruan mei I think back to when I lost the 50/50 to her on 80 pity

The one thing that Gold & Geard proved is that Nihility grills are FIRE!
I'm not planning on getting Kafka before but she spooked me on my 10th pull. Now DoT is one of my favorite playstyles in the game. Also grinded out all of Gold and Gears just so I could pull Black Swan with pity.
DoT also became my favorite play style solely because it completely ignores the staple feature of the shield warp trotter. That thing is usually fine regardless but it's funny to see its efforts end up being completely in vain.
@@XxGorillaGodxXit ignores shields, doesn’t have to crit fish, easier relic farming(everyone uses the dot set), perfect playstyle imo.

Gold and Gears is much more flexible than swarm disaster. You have dice customisation to control rng, the domains have more option. Also the path bonus is generous too, you can easily stack more than 200% DMG bonus if you pick the right die. Of course capitalism die is also there to cheese things. I had fun completing diff V with diff path. But man swarm disaster is petty hard. The rng is too bad. You can't stack too much DMG bonus , the reward domains are shit at higher level( fucking mirror of transcendence over and over again, which is useless) , no path ban so hard to accumulate correct blessings. I know gold and gears came later, but thank God they learned from it and made the difficulty enjoyable.
The main thing that bothers me about swarm disaster is that you're stuck with a boss where, unless you get that one curio that adds weaknesses, you're stuck with only a few options for weakness breaking, which could help significantly in DoT teams.
@@XxGorillaGodxX true. Usually I can withstand first 2 phases with nihility without proper weakness. But the last phase is pain if don't slow them down they wombo combo you. You can say go with rememberance blessings, but as I said before too much rng and too few options too gather nihility+preservation+destruction+rememberance blessings.
@@agnishwarsamanta9622In regards to RNG, it's also annoying when neither of the boss options in the areas leading up to True Sting have weaknesses that my team can take advantage of. It sometimes feels like the game has a grudge against the elements I'm using because I can tear the enemies apart when they _are_ weak to something. Even GnG has this issue sometimes albeit to a lesser degree.
Facts. This mode is super good. People that complain about how this mode is too hard are literally the "gimme gimme I don't want to play the game" (nothing wrong with that cuz this mode isn't for everyone)

I haven't slept and grinded SU and achievements for 4 days grinding jades after losing to Gepard at 75 pity, to get her at 73, it was brutal, but worth it, with her and Kafka, things just die, it's so fun.
How many achievements you got in total?
@@Yin184 just 533, some things are impossible to get with my current roster, and I didn't bother before that, so some stuff is locked out until SU and MoC are updated.
I love Black Swan shes been soo good for helping me clear the hard endgame content so far. In simulated universe she's just the most broken character with the nihility path. I hope Acheron has good synergy with Kafka / Black Swan b/c I want to run those 3 together

MrPokke made a guide on it. It's very solid! But if you're trying to clear C12, Nihility path + 2x preservation character will get the job done
Question, why do mono nihility use Sampo (doubling up on wind) instead of Guinaifen to get different elements for weakness break?
E4 sampo works well with black swan

I won my 50/50 on kafka. And i have no sampo but i go blessed with also winning my black swan 50/50.
I think Prydwen's tier list are pretty aight. They update them frequently enough and I like when everyone talks about it each patch (whether good or bad)
My favourite part of prydwen tierlist is reddit arguing "why Jingyuan isnt midyuan therefore the tierlists sucks since he's not S tier" and "how Seele sucks now and shouldn't be in S tier" meanwhile I just cleared moc 12 with Seele ty sw lynx and Jingliu Bronya RM Luocha on a respectable 9 cycles for a dolphin account. The only 5* LC used was herta store hunt lc and Jingliu's own lc lmao.
I don't really care about the tier list, but the review and build guide is very nice. Save me a lot of time.

I got Kafka in her rerun and tried doing conun12 with Guinaifen and Sampo, but more than half the time I always lose to random elites.
But after I got BS, Sampo was removed and now my wjnrate shot up to like 90% of the time.
She’s so good
Team is RM, BS, Kafka and Gui.
No need for sustain at all

I still think a lot of people don't understand that Prydwen's tiers are reflective of the current MoC and PF and not a general ranking of the characters themselves.
Canonnly accurate black swan, I got her at the beginning of the update and after that lost 50/50 to bronya which is e1 now on dan feng banner but afterwards got a double dan feng

I have a bug where the game wont give me any initial rewards when i reroll a run in gold and gears, is this happening to anyone else?
It requires you beat the 3rd enemy on the first node first then you can exit and it will give you reward (you can skip the first 2 enemies)

I'm so mad that I lost my BS (first fifty fifty loss since 1.0) to Bailu at 84. I'm currently at 75 after grinding for DAYS without sleep. Also getting 2 Ruan Mei's in a single run is CRAZY?! Like the only time I've ever gotten one was in May & recently I got part 2 😭Anyways, I rlly want to try mono nihility soon haha

The tierlists are updated every moc because the units are rated for the current moc. And in that case the tier list is actually pretty alright

I don't even use her with Kafka (I would if I could, but alas) and I still destroy everything in my path just fine with Gui and Sampo both at E6. Those who are saying she needs to be paired with Kafka are huffing something.
