Roasting...the turkey is roasting 😂
Roasting would be spinning it on a spit like Henry the Eighth's cook. When we prepare it in our ovens that's baking, but as it's a meat we call it roasting though it's not.🥰

Also! You can use the instant pot to make bone broth!! Have the butcher at the store/shop quarter the turkey so it’ll fit in there. The meat will fall off when you’re done then dump the bones back in and do your thing!

Chef here, roasting is a type of baking, but not all baking is roasting. Also, if you are going to roast more turkey for your dogs and making bone broth, butcher the meat from the carcass and remove the skin as you want less fat in your dog's food. This also speed up your cook time down to 30 to 45 min. To make the bone broth this way also allow you to roast the bones directly on high heat to create the desired color. However, it is for your dogs, so you don't even need to roast the bones and just make a pale stock, they will get more nutrient that way instead of flavor focus for human consumption.

The idea for your deck and fence sounds beautiful but I would suggest a lighter stain on the count of puppy paws it might get too hot for them. I love you and your lil family ❤❤❤❤❤❤
You also bake a casserole, so it does not always mean you are making sweets, though the word baking is often associated with sweets.
