Brown Stewed Chicken (Jamaican Style)

This Jamaican Style Brown Stewed Chicken is flavorful, juicy and so delicious!
Authentic, fresh and grounded spices, then slowly simmer in a rich gravy.
The tastiest if you should ask me😊
*Ingredients*
1 whole chicken cut into pieces (any pieces of chicken you prefer)
2 tsp salt
1-2 tbsp jerk seasoning
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp paprika
3-4 tbsp green season blend
2 tsp browning
Oil for frying
3-4 tbsp ketchup
3 -4 cups water (more for more gravy)
3 gloves garlic (chopped)
2-3 pimento peppers (for flavor) if available
Sweet peppers (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
2 twigs fresh scallion & thyme
1 whole scotch bonnet pepper
Use recipe as a guide, taste and adjust
