I am a south african and i am so proud of zambia, keep it up, this is africa's time.
This is what they don't show on TV about Africa. So many cool developments coming up.

That 'development' sits on our fresh water RECHARGE ZONE and has been contributing to the dry Wells not far down in Ibex Meanwood.
They also don’t show you that there is barely anyone living here

Good observation, Kaydenpat! Zambia is certainly booming. The people in that country are indeed friendly. Prices on properties though, are exaggerated just like in other african country. Sorry to say that!
@@Jah_Nzola if you have the resources to move just go ahead and relocate my man. A lot of people are moving so the prices of land and properties will start to skyrocket soon. But maybe you should first come and check out the place and decide if you like it. Three month I believe is more than enough to determine if you like it or not.

Psycologicaly Africa is a better place to be for a black man to be free, however at the moment you can make a lot of money quick in the US send te money Home (Africa) and be rich quick.

Beautiful homes, Zambia was never on my list, but I love the landscape the fact that developers are taking the trees into consideration tells me they have an understanding of the environment.

If you can direct me to a website to view those communities or sources I would appreciate your help.I live in Southern Georgia USA in a gated communities with a good security system within my home and 24/7 ADT security services through my local police department.It's safe in my town but these days people are desperate and one can never know when danger will approach your home.I'm also sure Zambia is safe to but I prefer to live in a secure gated community.

The idea is awesome. The houses are amazing, I’m disappointed with the lady that was showing the houses, she could have done way better than that, you literally toured the house by yourselves while she remained downstairs🤷🏼♀️, this is when I miss guys like traveltainment, that guy did an amazing job and he had a constant smile on his face while he explained about places you should visit and why. The only time I saw this kingsland lady smile is when you asked who to contact if you want to invest. Zambians are known for good hospitality not what I just saw int his video. As usual, thanks for this lovely video. You are always amazing.

Thank you for showcasing Kingsland. This is my kind of suburb with no open drainages. I like the town house although if I was buying it, I would opt for different stairs as the ones in this video don’t seem safe to me. That toilet is very impressive.
You know the Surname Mthembu in South Africa is an encient Nguni Surname that had the most powerful millitary in the region (Kwa Nguni) before it was called KZN.
Its the family Kingdom that groomed Shaka into a mighty warrior.
For A.A.'s to undestand in Africa surnames are actually large families that end up becoming Kingdoms and Empires. Every member of a particular tribe and clan is related to the emperor by blood.
Hemce building a family in Africa is a critical thing to do.

Beautiful place! But as sales person one needs to have an outgoing personality, not just standing there and asking visitors to go upstairs on their own. Customer service is very important. How you treat customers can either make their day or break their day.
I absolutely agree with you, her demeanor was a bit aloof. She was not very smiley either, she needed to show some enthusiasm by smiling, being very engaging when speaking to them and should have gone through the whole house with the nomadic family.
That's just the problem I have with my country, we hire anyone with papers, but there are other important aspects to any given profession to consider. I don't blame this woman for her less than enthusiastic demeanor, she's just being herself, I blame the one who hired her.

You guys should be familiar with this environment because it looks like home. As for the 2 bedroom apartments, everything about it is small for African families. The living room is small, the steps are small, the bathroom is small and the bedroom is definitely small. American families, yes, but not African families.
No everyone family in Africa live as an extended family. People like we are just the four of us.
