Hi! Im from the Philippines and Im a fan of Korean coffee shops and how they make coffees. I dont know but the way you people there make your visuals are so fascinating that I cant wait for the next videos. So yeah, I've been watching a lot of Korean coffee shop owners here in YT, like Nebokgom, Zoe, Twosome and the likes. So when I first watch your video, it felt like your coffee shop was missing something, which I realized were the desserts. Im so proud of you for acknowledging what was missing in your cafe and making changes. Good thing you spot it before it was too late.
Congrats on your big sales lately. Im a proud fan here! And whenever you feel down, just always remember the reason why you started.

ohhh i love those meringue, they're so cute, thats a very nice touch to your coffee. anyway, how do you film your different angles and also doing your orders during busy or non busy time of the day? or do you have a few cameras at different angles already ?
여전히 가게도 예쁘고 잘 지내시는 것 같아서 보기 좋아요^^머랭쿠키도 너무 귀여워요~ㅎㅎ전 아빠한테 빌린 학원비에 시험비에 자격증까지 해서 기어코 바리스타 2급을 땄지만 여전히 경력자가 아니라서 카페에 알바라도 취직하는게 힘드네요ㅠㅠ그렇다고 가게를 낼 돈도 없구..신입은 어디 가서 일하라는 건지ㅎㅎ웃픕니다ㅎㅎ이제는 너무 오래돼서 자신도 없고 하고 싶은 생각도 없어서 다른 알바라도 찾는 중이네요😂암튼 조이님 화이팅입니다^^💪

@@baristajoy There is a shallow pan that allows you to bake 6 muffin tops. (the best part of a muffin) lol. I would buy a fudge brownie mix and put it in the pan, then swirl a little softened cream cheese with a little sugar in the middle. That was supper easy to do and we always sold out of them. I would also take those and serve them in a bowl topped with ice cream, fudge, caramel or what ever. The blueberry muffin tops were fun too. Any muffin you like you can create. I spent hrs. creating desserts like that! You will have your own ideas and know what your patrons will enjoy! Have fun!
@@baristajoy Hi, I just googled muffin top pan. There are bunches of them. My coffee shop was in the years 1998 to 2005. there was only one choice back then. Lol cinnamon rolls are fun too! You are blessed to be in a position to be able to create your own desserts and coffee drinks. Have fun, your people will tell you what they like!
