Could you make a video about how you put it back together. I try, but the springs pop as everything comes out of place when I try. I noticed mildew and I wanted to clean the inside..but now I can’t reassemble it!

I did the exact same fix as your video. It worked great - I did have to use some tape to keep the zip ties in their groove while assembling back together.

Nice use of zip-ties with holes drilled - have never seen that (also haven't opened one of these up yet but I want to clean it and came across your vid). Thanks!
Had a friend bring one over today belonging to his daughter that was broken. I modeled a new link and printed it using PETG. Had it working in a couple hours. I will probably post the new link STL file to thingivers.
My wife was just saying how she couldn’t clean the inside of the tray. Thx for the video

I'm not sure what size they were, because I just have a big drawer of assorted zip ties. I'd say they were maybe 10-12" long?
