Hi Danny and Taylor. You already know I love the soft color schemes of the Apex. Loving the preview. Ok. Let’s watch. I see one change I like already. The entry to the bathroom. Private water closet. The tub appears a bit sunken? Love this bath. Like the storage. Perhaps a smidge small for 2. Ok. More storage on the desk. Couch looks comfy. Retractable desk with full length mirror. Love the choice of seating on the spacious veranda. Ohhhhhhh. On the side with the magic carpet. My 💡 just went on. Nice suite. Thanks guys. See you next video.
Danny would be great to see a cruise during Christmas time and new years! Such a different experience on ships. I remember how close I felt to all aboard at those times. Been watching your stuff for a while now and love the videos. I used to work on cruise ships for 5 years as cruise staff and then as auctioneer. Royal, carnival, celebrity and a short stint on Holland America. Anyway keep up the great work. We'll be taking a cruise in the next year or so and your vids have been great in catching me back up to where the industry is today.
While the exact room number is hard to determine, I'm guessing deck 12 and either room 12158 or 12160. The magic carpet stays on 14, 5, or 2 depending on the time of day and whether or not you are in port. My guess is based on the fact the magic carpet is directly above him and there are no wondows on thfe side.
Do NOT ever book a cabin between the superstructure supporting the magic carpet. We did and hated it. Made loud banging noises all night long. Even after complaining to both our butler and the hotel manager, it still took them 5 nights to find us a different sky suite.
Please quit putting bath tubs on cruise ships and hotel rooms. Nobody takes a bath anymore, and they are dangerous for people who have a hard time stepping over.
Totally agree, it’s ridiculous right, how about a nice walk in shower instead? I just hate that celebrity does the shower tub combo in most of they suites except for their really high end suites like edge villa or iconic or royal suite where there is a separate walk in shower !

Yeah, slightly different than the standard Sky Suite which is why they reclassified it.

Thank you for watching! Great to hear your insight from working on the ship.
Is it better to book a lower floor like the 10th or 11th so you don't have your view blocked above?
Is this the same guy who does the great Airstream videos from a dealership in New Jersey?
Will the people on the Magic Carpet be able to see your balcony when its going down? Privacy concern
The magic carpet is empty while it is moving, so no problems with privacy. 🙂
Anthony is correct, it is empty when it moves.
What is the noise factor can you hear it when the balcony door is closed
@@barrygleen2042 I don’t think it’s that loud
What Sky Suite floor/number was this in your video?
We film the general cabin categories, if you are looking for the perfect room for your cruise our booking team would be happy to assist.

I forgot to say we were on the beyond.
