Hey EV
Nice video, thank you for sharing more of your tips.
Take care😊
Thank you Tim 🙏🏻
Thanks. I’ll be sure to use green stuff max matte. I’ve been looking for an air brush and paint brush application varnish for my paint jobs when I custom paint my action figures.
Thanks for watching! Definitely can recommend the look of it
The issue you had with your hulk figure, I had that a few times on the last coat of sealer... I didn't want to re-paint so I just threw the models away and cried. I now realise you can fix the frosting by mixing the varnish better (shaking the can more) give it another heavy coat to get rid of the frosting then some spot dry brushing to fix any obvious leftover problems
Thanks for sharing!
I have heard, but not tried, that buffing with oil (like cooking oil or pure linseed oil), will take it out after some rubbing/polishing.
@@TheHipHopapotimus I've read that too but I guess that's only something for the very last layer since any other varnish wouldn't stick on top of that
Thank you for this video! I had a little frosting with my paintjob and used a satin varnish over it... but it was still not to my liking! I will take your advice on satin first followed by a matte finish!
thank you for watching & commenting!
