I've been following this guy for years. So unique. I'm a pro guitarist for over 50 years. I rate him as one of the best in the world. Beautiful.
He doesn't play the guitar, he plays heart strings.
One of the best guitarist's in the world? I wouldnt go that far, especially in regards to virtuosity, bodies of work and pioneership. As for making beautiful fingerstyle music, hes got that down-pat. But I guess being a progressive nerd, im naturally more pretentious.

You did not lose her, it is just a while of distance in the eternity.. a while to meditate and have hope to an encountering again, but without pain. Live, love and learn to be grateful, people need to love, help, mercy.
Allow the grief to move through you. Know that you are supported by many you may never meet. Music connects us, heals us and frees us.

I have experienced recent loss also, and a musical piece entered my soul with out invitation, and reminded me of the beauty that I can no longer hold in my arms, but must keep in my heart until my life is over. I am sorry for your loss.
This year I passed through 25 days in the hospital, eventually resulting in a new heart valve. His music accompanied me many of the very early mornings that I was up too early. I'd listen in half sleep in the dark. It was awesome and when I hear it now it brings back feelings of comfort and gratitude. And I am gradually hearing it better and seeing exactly what he is doing. It has affected my own guitar playing immensely. I would love to see ET in person and thank him some day. Hope this message makes it there.

Это именно так. Каждый раз когда играешь - музыка может звучать по разному. Кто-то говорит что это зависит от мыслей, кто-то говорит что от состояние души во время исполнения, НО сколько не репетируй - эмоции разными будут а значит звук музыкального инструмента тоже может звучать немного иначе

Вся Его музыка - это душа, истомленная плотью душа, желающая вырваться на свободу. Я когда играл на клавишном инструменте свои произведения, подобного содержания, то всегда лишь ТЕ два из шести никогда не оставляли моего собаку в покое. Он каждый раз тихонечко, очень тоскливо подвывал именно при игре определенных двух композиций. Мой кот сегодня впервые услышал Энтони и смотрел на меня такими изумленными глазами, вопрошающими - что это за звуки такие чудесные и завораживающие. Часто когда я играю подобное что то, кот так же смотрит на меня, как будто приведение увидел. Правда играю я каждый раз, что то новое, что приходит на сердце.

Estas is purely organic, with natural continuing music and melody that literally transcends the emotional and spiritual realm. Ewan on the other side is very if not extremely (I would almost use the word 'only') technical, there is very little soul in his performance, in spite he is very much in flamenco, too. His playing is based on patterns and he experiments only with those most of the time.

I listened to his guitar songs 10 years ago, I searched for him and found some videos he played in the streets.
The point is, he didn't try to become famous, he played and played and played.
Money and fame was things he absolutely wasn't in search of

I recently discovered this guitarist and thought "how many people are as passionate about mastering something or as passionate about pursuing a skill as he is about his guitar?"
This is the first time in years that I could stare at something and shut off my mind. I've living under constant stress since a long time and, for many years, I couldn't just stare and something and apreciate its beauty. Everything had to have a lesson, something that I could learn from, "there's no time to waste" I told to myself. That was until tonight, for the first time in years I just stared at music and feel its beauty not only from the perspective of my craft (I'm a sound engineer and music producer), but also from a human perspective. THANK YOU for giving me back something long lost, thank you for giving me peace and ease of mind through your music, thank you for reminding me what I started my path as a musician for.

I like how he has a conversation with the world through his playing.
One thing that impressed me so much about this song is how Estas can play 2 different volume levels (dynamics levels) at the same time. The main melody is louder while the background melody is softer.
Leider habe ich heute erst diesen hervorragenden Künstler kennengelernt. Er ist ein Geschenk für diese Erde. Der Schmerz verschwindet und die Seele wird traumhaft berührt. Exceptional music. It said a thousand words which I never could. I felt like it is my story,my life, my pain and how i tried to fight for my love. 🤍 The music has so much depth, it's pleading for love,screaming out its lungs, a certain kind of melancholy and symphony. I just can't resist the urge to listen to this for ever.
