規則正しい生活っていうのは日本人の方にはあまり努力しなくても健康的な食生活と散歩などが普通のように考えますが、私外食と運動不足で不健康的に過ごしてきて今その影響で仕事も精神的にも壊れそうになっています。ですので健康的な生活への道っていうテーマについてポットチャストしてほしいです
