Thanks for your comment. If you want to see further review of the Crosstour have a look at my friend GildedPhoenix's video. th-cam.com/video/3BSUYhs_3nU/w-d-xo.html
Actually I just purchased 1 Crosstour 4K 16Mp with remote control for £ 48.99 today. Not willing to spend my hard earned money for over - rated brands.
Hi Laura and thanks for the question. Although I have not impact tested it the construction does seem quite robust and with the added protection of the waterproof case I think it could withstand most things apart from direct heavy impacts. That said I would not be surprised if it could survive even these to some degree. Thanks for the question and good luck with the channel.
Tech It Out Received the camera as a gift for my 15th birthday the other day. Haven’t tested it yet but the waterproof case seems incredibly tough! Brilliant video by the way mate.
Good video and review ,also to answer your question on the mount you weren't sure about .It's a good little stand to set your camera on a table or something .
Thanks for reply to previous question. Hoping for delivery in next few days. How does the underwater lens fit? Is there provision for a wrist strap? - I think I’d find that easier when snorkelling than a “stick”. Thanks
Hi Linda. The camera simply fits inside the waterproof case. If you have ordered the same one I have then it comes with a wrist mount strap. It also has several other straps as seen in the video. For diving the handle shown may be of use as it has a slide loop strap but also if it comes off it will float to the top of the water. It is sold separate though. Thanks again.
At the moment my own preference would be for the 8500 as is has a Mic in port and comes with a lavaliere. Though a better mic might be better. Thanks for the question.
Thank you for the comment. The one I have here does not although it is a standard fitting and will fit most chest straps. It does however have a very strong pocket clip and wrist strap. Thanks again.
Hi and thanks fr the question. This is one thing I had not thought of mentioning. When you plugin the USB power lead the camera turns on and yes you can press the OK button and start recording while charging. I have just tested again before answering your post and my unit definitely does. How long it will stay on I do not know as there is always a question of heat when filming for long periods. Thanks for the question.
Hi. I'm really confused. I want to buy this camera but most for taking pictures. Do you think it's worth it? I do not want to spend so much money too. Can you give me an opinion? Is the quality of the photos really good?
Hi. Thanks for the question. The water proof floating handle was the only item that came separately. All other accessories (except the SD card) were included. Thanks again.
Hi and thanks for the comment and question. You can buy a separate charger for the batteries so that they may be charged outside the camera but they can also be charged when installed in it via the USB port from a PSU or computer. Thanks again.
Hi again. I finally got my Crosstour CT 9000 last week. I have another question regarding charging of the batteries. The battery of the Crosstour has an input rating of 3.7 volts. When the battery is in the camera itself, can I charge it using the USB connected to a 5.0 volts charger/power adapter? There's a difference of 1.3 volts. Will it damage the battery? The adapter is actually the one I use for my Samsung cellphone. Appreciate your views on this. Thanks much.
What is the link to the accessory’s i wasnt sent any
Can you pause the camera?
I am considering buying crosstour, after comparing at loads of review of different brands.

Do you think that it would survive Tough Mudder or similar race? A Go Pro is too expensive to loose at the bottom of a lake.

Ct9000
Does it come with a chest mount/strap or head mount/strap?
Thank you for the comment. The one I have here does not although it is a standard fitting and will fit most chest straps. It does however have a very strong pocket clip and wrist strap. Thanks again.
Can you keep the camera on charge while filming? I need a camera that can film for long periods of time and this is a bargain.

Thanks for the comment. For pictures I would suggest a dedicated camera but for video this is a bargain. thanks again..
did the handle come with the camera or did you need to order that seperately?
Hi. Thanks for the question. The water proof floating handle was the only item that came separately. All other accessories (except the SD card) were included. Thanks again.
Do you definitely need a sd card or could you just save the videos onto your phone
Thanks in advance
You need absolutely a micro SD card, beacause there is no internal memory in this action cam (maximum authorized sd card capacity : 32 GB). Good day.
yes u do
do you get all the accessories when you order off amazon?????
Yes I did. thanks for the question.
Thank you for this unboxing vid. I wonder though how do you charge the camera? Thanks in advance.

Hopefully i can find a universal battery charger that's appropriate for the batts. Thank you very much.
Any USB phone or tablet charger will do. The USB type A to micro USB lead is included with the camera. Thanks again.
Oh that's excellent! I was just thinking about the input voltage that the batts specifically require. Thank you once again.

How do you mount it to your body?
Hi. There are several strap variations including a wrist strap. Glad it was of use. Thanks for the comment.
Needs more accessories - the tight sods
How the hell can they sell this for £33
Quite frankly I don't know. The accessories alone are worth more. thanks for the comment.
I think its 8500 not 9000
When you buy accessories, They give free 4K camera😂😜😂
Thanks for the comment. Yes, so true. Glad the video was of use.
OMG yr viewers aren't 3 years old.
