My Honest Opinion About Games and Gears Legends Brush Sets

I want to take a quick second of your time to head some things off at the pass. This video is not meant to be an " Oh, whoa is me" post. I fully recognize that I got scammed; this video is to educate and warn those who may see this company at a convention or on Kickstarter in the hopes that less people will fall for there "sales backticks".

I purchased brushes from them at GenCon last year. I'm new to the hobby and some more research was probably warranted but I got caught up in the sales pitch. Walked away from the booth with a set of blue flat, green legends, silver masters, and a handful of other ones that they threw in. Out of the 13 brushes, maybe 3 of them can be opened and posted without any issue and they stay in place. 4 of them required a miracle to open. Im happy with the blue ones, havent had any issues and they hold their flat shape pretty well. The green ones I have used the most and get the job done even though i need to post them and put painters tape on them so the front doesnt fall out. The silver brushes are all splayed before their first use and are pretty terrible.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience; and I'm also sorry to hear your having just as much trouble with them as the rest of us. Sometimes I feel like buying things at a con feels like a slot machine.. We get so caught up in the experience we are having that everything feels like a great deal.

Bought the full set back in 2019 and was disappointed in them.
