Would that crack pressurize the coolant system?

Under boost it would. Under vacuum it would suck the pressure out

have you ported it,what is a reason,to much boost or

I'm 99% sure it was cracked when I got it from the junkyard and I just didn't pay enough attention to notice. It had coolant residue in that port when I got it.
