I'm certainly better than the average player, with the most deaths being 10 on a normal day and 30-40 kills. These tips and the rest of the tips videos will certainly help me lower those deaths.
Hi Broken. Great tips as always. Just a query... Have you felt the need to adjust your settings since the update? Something felt slightly off immediately after the patch though I've got used to it since then.

I also dislike people that don't help you (heal, resupply etc) and because of it from the beggining I set my mind that I am on my own :) In Poland we've got a saying: If you want to count, count on yourself - which means you are on your own buddy :) but beside it if possible I try to help others despite their lack of interest. Thanks to your videos I stared to play smarter, more wise. Previously it was a rampage and the k/d was hmmm terrible will be a gentle word :D So Broken - you are the man and see you on the battlefield (hopefully on the same team as getting ass kicked by you still is an honor but damn it can be frustrating)
When i see you playing BF1, i realised enemies barely see you or they're totally blind. When i play, I have a feeling every single bugger see me. And on top of that every single enemy started to shoot at me at the same time. I might be wrong, but.......

Honestly, you hit the nail on the head. The best players are the most confident, they're not scared to get their hands dirty. They may die over and over again, but over time they get insanely better from forcing themselves to perform under pressure. If you never put urself in highly intense situations, you simply cannot compete with the players that are
My KD ratio went up a ton after watching your streams, awesome tips 🔥
For some people just wanting K/D ratios to be high, remember that K/D doesn’t always matter. Ressuplying/ healing can help your team a lot. Spotting is also useful
Couldnt agree more, way too many players just join the zerg and get stuck in those chokehold gunfights. Another tip for conquest players, you can skip the first flag cap and still finish first. That is all, great vid man been a fan since bf1 launch keep it up!
Don't sprint too much, don't reload after every kill, use cover were you can, play to your weapons strengths, be ready when entering buildings with sights up (not pointing down) stay chill, annnnd don't immediately go prone if you get hit, broken taught me this n my game has improved heaps
its extremly triggering to get sniped across the map so make ur movement paterns different go forward for a bit the go back for a second and strafe left and right so its less likly for the rounds to hit
My problem is reacting, when i see an opponent I sometimes push my analog stick to hard and it throws off my aim or I second guess shooting hoping that there isn't another opponent with them and alert them but then sometimes they will be by themselves i start shooting them and don't kill them and they come back and kill me lol I'm bad at this game haha
1989deejay Always have your finger ON the trigger. Not hovering over it. Also start hip firing even if you’re not good at hip fire. But it’ll fire a few rounds before you ADS (aim down sight) you’ll find a lot that you’ll kill your opponent sometimes before you get the chance to ADS. Think, it probably takes a good half second to fully ADS then shoot.
Plus just remember it’s a game and relax. You’ll get good (or better) before you know it. When hip firing, use the L3 stick to strafe to dodge bullets so you don’t go haywire on your aim. Just a tiny R3 adjustment will be needed for the kill. Try keeping your aim around head height also. Then it’s down to muscle memory. Took me a while myself.
Oh and lastly if you ain’t already. Get kontrol freeks. I could never go back to stock joysticks. Only £10. 😁😁
Practice being as smooth as you can with the analog stick and focus on the center of the screen when aiming and don’t run so much be sneaky and move slow when you know the enemy is close. You’ll get a lot better I promise!
Oh yeah, you’ll get a lot more accurate and faster aiming if you practice like that. Be smooth with the analog stick the whole game. You’ll get faster and faster... If you’re still having trouble turn the sensitivity down a little bit at a time.
I would like to see a more in depth prediction guide.
Flanking and knowing when to back off are key imo. I struggle with the “Rambo” play style personally. Always taking gun fights when I’m outnumbered

You're right about the Autoloading Extended. I was using it last night and it is awesome now. It was already my most used medic gun, but I hadn't used it in a while.
Anyway, how about some guides on using the elite classes? These would be really cool.
I actually find myself much more comfortable immediately jumping into Operations precisely because they're large game modes, I'll have the time to settle into it -- the map, the flow of the game and so on. It's when I start with War Pigeons that I find myself struggling more often because it's much more immediate and fast and everyone's stuffed together on the small map.

I’m getting a lot better... I use to get mad all the time and I would start playing like total shit... I think another thing that helped me was I started recording my games and I would go back and watch it and I would see where I messed up... I would get tunnel vision bad... Also another thing that helped me was learning to focus on the center of the screen when aiming and not running everywhere I go..😁 Great video man, you deserve way more subscribers!!!
I tend to find myself praising the enemy players a lot. Which honestly makes me have an overall better attitude & not angry or frustrated constantly. At the same time if i have a good run or nice streak going I'll say stuff like Beast Mode or That Was A Sweet Play stuff like that! Everybody Please Take Broken's Advice It Truly Does WORK & You Will Have The Time Of your Life & See Yourself Improve Almost Immediately! Thanks A Million @TheBrokenMachine !!!
A problem I have with sniping is that I can’t see long ranges unless I scope in, is there a way that I can improve on that?
I loved your comment on how people overuse the Helliegel. There are so many options out there and I find the game more rewarding when I try learning something new. Great guide!!
Don’t sprint all the time. Have your weapon ready when approaching corners and objectives. And also don’t waste a vehicle.

Great advice. Since the recent patch, I'm mainly playing the Turning Tides DLC, conquest. Way out of my Operations comfort zone. And, suprise, suprise I've only been on the losing side once in about 15 odd rounds or so - I'm trying different guns, different classes, and it's working. I'm not saying I'm finishing top of the board, I'm not that good, but I'm holding my own. Give it a go.

BM, Superior analysis as usual. My bad i started this game so late...not so easy to catch up 😬. Hope you keep on streaming and also lead us through BF 2018🙏
After not playing for a couple days, I usually warm up by using the scout class. It brings back my muscle memory and within a game or two, my aim is reset and back to normal. I still however need to improve my aim. It’s not the best, but it can be improved especially while sniping. I sometimes shoot too far ahead or too far behind an enemy. I guess that’s just due to the unpredictability of an enemies movement.
Thank you very much brokenmachine...youre guides make the most sense out there. Would love to see some more guides from you. Please keep them coming like you said in the vid some map guides(for example where to be looking for enemies when taking a flag. And also maybe some tactic guides for example when to flank where to flank. Thanks dude loove your vids keep it up

I think my issue is that people are just way better than me at the game because I’ve never had a console my entire life and just decided to get one (bf1 is my first fps). If you’re a new player I highly recommend playing any other fps first so you can get the hang of shooting because 100 games later and I don’t think I’ve finished a single game with a positive kd😅 I got hella revives tho!

TheLastOf Kratos don't over do it and stay a bit more behind and relax. You don't have to be the first man on the front line just because you are an elite class you will die then
Yeah conservative gameplay will ensure a long lifespan and way more kills than you think you'd get from rushing. An example of this would be always using the medic crate with the trench raider but if you're going for fun then wildly swinging your club is a pretty solid strat
One hit melee kills and bayonet charges are frustrating. Lol

Byte Thanks man, and what about the close range? Do you aim when you shoot the enemies nearby or just hip fire at them ? I did aim when the enemies is near but I can't control the recoil. The gun still kicking me right in the face. Sometimes I shoot them first but it turns out I die before them.

you have anything to talk about the magnification on weapons? find myself changing the magnification often now if i start to struggle.. maybe its just preference or is there a strategy to setting magnification to certain weapons?
stick to the lowest on everything but sniper, stop changing all the time, marksman 4x is good, sniper 5-6x for more aggresive play, higher if mainly playing long range.

Shawn Allen if you are using medic and it is a optical go with the second to highest setting so you can still properly shoot if someone walks by while you are trying to shoot someone at a distance

Shawn, I find 1.00 magnified on close range iron sight weapons works best for me. Medium to long range iron sight medic and scout weapons I run 2.00 magnified to assist me in being more accurate at range

I find my self losing gunfights 1v1 or 1v2 In smaller spaces because my sensitivity is relatively low(37%), I can’t get around fast enough. Any tips on the rate to increase? Is it better to go incrementally until I’m comfortable and then raise it again? Or should I just go to a much higher number, suck for a while, and off we go?

Here's a tip if you are a bad player check what team you spawn in for example if you joined and are on the British team your team sucks(most of the time) so you should switch teams to take advantage of the bad team also the sever cannot be laggy bc the enemy's have an advantage on you

I have trouble picking up on enemies around me I'm so used to tags being on COD games I've tried brightening up the display nothing seems to help they usually kill me way before I even see them
I have been wondering what a good magnification is for thefederov avtomat trench and optical also any tips for the c96 i would like to fully get the federov optical i have used it but i had to pick it up
i find myself having trouble reading the minimap sometimes...I get to the game and gunfights and forget to look at the minimap - a lot of essential info is missed and I die more often...need to work on that...

Personally I struggle to understand positioning: your video about it was great but I still "don't get it".
BF1 is my first fps game and, even if I'm not bad at all, sometimes I really don't know "where to go" (I don't know if it's clear).
Donato Salvini if you are not sure where the enemy is, just try to think like them; where would you hide? And search those places.
