Anyone who is paying more than 2CR will do the interior by himself, becuase its dated. So paying up just for the size and the location only. The construction is of 18 yrs, so maintenance will be on higher side no matter whoever tells otherwise. asking price is madness and for the fools.

I will tell u. This apartment probably is in Bata Mayfair princess. Not only this unit, but there are other apartments up for sale here.
Since, most of the owners are non bengalis, since they have the economy to buy such staff, and they are leaving our city bcz of our current political social n economic turmoil, they are now leaving for good.
