Traffic police intensify the drive against violations in Srinagar

Just 1 question, Traffic Police is doing great job that should have done in past "Deir aaye, Durust aaye", but who gave the police right to destroy the private property of vehicle owners (Destroying Thar Lights), if someone has illegal aftermarket lights, challan them, impound them but police cannot destroy private property
